Worst experience ever. Bus was 2hrs late. Driver was so rude. Demanded 20 myr extra from customers for baggage even doh tickets paid for. Verbally abused a Malay lady with her child. I was a bit late (traffic jam) and missed the 5pm bus (paid online ) from sungai Nibong terminal bus, l tried to contact alya operator to reschedule to later timing ,9pm, was rejected to change the timing but need to buy a new ticket instead. I had not much money left, alone and have to go home on the very day, begged the operator to help up to flexibilise the reschedule procedure, call more than 15 times in desperate, but very passive and bad experience for the customer service (the pic dealed with not answering my called for many times ) very sad and disappointed with the service, will not choose this company anymore, highly not recommended to others.
