The WORST bus ever!!!!Schedule dr Penang Sentral supposed to be at 4.30pm on 24/1/25…but the bus delayed until 6.40pm…then sepanjang jalan asyik stop and siap patah balik ke Ipoh amik penumpang…waiting for my daughter since 12.00am until 2.15am (25/1/25)…bus tak sampai2…i dah tak boleh sabar,i jumpa customer service and then diorang bg bbrp nombor utk i contact…2 nombor i contact tak berjawab…contact the other number ,driver dr bus travel from KL to Ipoh yg jawab…and then dia tlg update,2.20am that bus baru smpai Sg Buloh…🤦🏻‍♀️NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL THIS BUA FROM THIS COMPANY PERMATA UTARA…please lah takyah la buat bus travel jauh2 kalau mcm ni…u just buat bus travel dlm bandar jelah mcm bas mini dulu2 tu…

Worst experience ever. Bus was 2hrs late. Driver was so rude. Demanded 20 myr extra from customers for baggage even doh tickets paid for. Verbally abused a Malay lady with her child. Verbally abused a Malay lady with her child. Shouted a my wife and myself. Said he will stop at ATM as we had no cash lol. I've genuinely never experienced anything like it from all my travels. !! To shout and humiliate a lovely Malay lady with her child. Shame on you. I'm a tourist try scam me but dont scam your own. SHAMEFULL Avoid Billion Star and please please avoid Alibaba 🙏✌️❤️

I was a bit late (traffic jam) and missed the 5pm bus (paid online ) from sungai Nibong terminal bus, l tried to contact alya operator to reschedule to later timing ,9pm, was rejected to change the ti ... I was a bit late (traffic jam) and missed the 5pm bus (paid online ) from sungai Nibong terminal bus, l tried to contact alya operator to reschedule to later timing ,9pm, was rejected to change the timing but need to buy a new ticket instead. I had not much money left, alone and have to go home on the very day, begged the operator to help up to flexibilise the reschedule procedure, call more than 15 times in desperate, but very passive and bad experience for the customer service (the pic dealed with not answering my called for many times ) very sad and disappointed with the service, will not choose this company anymore, highly not recommended to others.
