I was a bit late (traffic jam) and missed the 5pm bus (paid online ) from sungai Nibong terminal bus, l tried to contact alya operator to reschedule to later timing ,9pm, was rejected to change the timing but need to buy a new ticket instead. I had not much money left, alone and have to go home on the very day, begged the operator to help up to flexibilise the reschedule procedure, call more than 15 times in desperate, but very passive and bad experience for the customer service (the pic dealed with not answering my called for many times ) very sad and disappointed with the service, will not choose this company anymore, highly not recommended to others.

Bought the bus ticket from Terminal Bus Sg Nibong to Terminak Bus Besepadu Selatan for timing 12.30am. Came here at 12am and was told that the bus need to go Butterworth to fetch passenger first. And ...
Bought the bus ticket from Terminal Bus Sg Nibong to Terminak Bus Besepadu Selatan for timing 12.30am. Came here at 12am and was told that the bus need to go Butterworth to fetch passenger first. And the timing for Butterworth is 12.30am. The lady at counter say Sg Nibong is not 12.30am but clearly the ticket is showing TSN time is 12.30am. If it’s later time, it should publish the time after Butterworth so that passenger can plan their time properly. Definitely won’t be my choice for next trip.
