The bus was clean, but it was in terrible physical condition. Most of the seats were ripped, the power outlets on the left side of the bus did not work. Seating was very cramped and uncomfortable.

Super tired of having 2hour + layover with places with no actual bus terminal. Extremely dangerous for women traveling alone. A 3 hour layover in Eerie PA with a LOVKED station is unacceptable.

Please read my email sent Friday. Still waiting for reply. Bus was stopped by Police. Bus driver ran away. We were all stuck for MANY hours without and food or drink.
