Worse experience ever… the staff were super unfriendly. Didn’t even want to help with the luggage’s until some of the other passengers asked for help. They were super loud using playing videos out loud throughout the journey and only spoke Malay even to foreigners, super hostile as well. At a pit stop they demanded us to come back quick when the bus just made the stop. Some customer asked if they can buy food, they just went WHAT WHAT WHAT. It’s one thing to not have good command in English but it’s another thing to be RUDE. Vehicle JQU477

Scam (zero star if there is such choice). Beware of overcharging by bus drivers who don’t issue tickets after passengers pay $4.80 to JB (and RM4.80 to Singapore), then asking the same passengers to pay again for the second leg of the journey from either immigration to final destination. Best to pay with cash ($5, RM5 but no change given), ask for tickets to show for the second leg of the journey. Causeway Link tolerates (/ encourages?) its drivers to cheat passengers despite complaints from other passengers on other website posts.
