We has been putting the location in the app and also told the bus driver before we reach the checkpoint, then the bus driver say he can only stop us by bugis as most of the passengers was dropping off by bugis, now i just want to know is it just because the drop off point too far apart then the bus driver has the right to just don’t dropping us at the location which we have already paid or u guys are able to refund us? not to mention about the bus driver also told us to take public transport which need to pay extra, this is very unprofessional and not responsible for this action. During the immigration process in Malaysia, there was a delay due to a passport issue. As a foreign traveler, this situation was extremely stressful for me. I was only 16 years old, and the passport issue was related to my guardian. I did not have a SIM card and was unable to contact my mother. I requested assistance from the driver and asked if the bus could wait briefly. However, although he waited for only a short time, he was unhelpful and treated me in a rude and disrespectful manner. I was told to unload my luggage while other passengers were present, and the driver used inappropriate language toward me. I believe this behavior was highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially considering my age and circumstances. The vehicle number was VNP60. I hope the company will take this matter seriously and ensure better service and professionalism in the future.

The scheduled departure time was 9:30 PM, but the bus only departed at 9:54 PM. 2. The driver’s attitude was extremely rude. He was a Malaysian Indian driver who was using his mobile phone while driving and responded rudely to passengers when asked general questions. 3. After completing the Singapore immigration check, we returned to the designated waiting area, but the bus had already left. It did not even wait for 15 minutes. 4. We arrived at Singapore ICA around 3:30 AM, and after realizing the bus had left, we were forced to wait for nearly 3 hours before catching another Smart Mart Express bus to reach Golden Mile. Overall, it seems the company is focused only on making money without showing any care or concern for passengers’ comfort and safety. At a pit stop they demanded us to come back quick when the bus just made the stop. Some customer asked if they can buy food, they just went WHAT WHAT WHAT. The bus experience with City Express from KL to SG was the worst ever, it’s my first and the last time booking with this company, due to the bus timing that matches with my time I had to book this bus as the usual bus company I have always go to is fully booked. Well, this bus did not even take place at all and I have already felt like it is the worse out of the worse. Firstly, the bus was late for almost 30mins and we were told to keep waiting for it until at the last minute the staff at the counter told us it was cancelled. Seriously, no proper planning? To make things worse, there’s no compensation or anything and was told to call the customer service agent from the website or app that I have booked to refund me and there were no back up buses and I had to rebook again and pray for my luck to get the earliest timing, luckily I managed to find one with other bus company. Please do not book from this company unless you really want to get cheated on and don’t mind wasting your time.

Again, another detour to Senai rest station were made to wait for more than 45 mins, later was seen driver handover a white box to 2 ladies and collected some money from them. ? Sideline. Strongly suggested to consider other bus services as the 5 plus hrs journey were turned into 8 hrs from the above.
