Terrible service from this nonsensical bus and the drivers the bus left on Tuesday n until today no avail they are so rude I sent my laguage with Kelvin it was stories until today he ended up saying h ... Terrible service from this nonsensical bus and the drivers the bus left on Tuesday n until today no avail they are so rude I sent my laguage with Kelvin it was stories until today he ended up saying he gave my laguage to someone else that someone else was so rude telling me h he did me a favor mind you until now no laguage he said the bus was left ar the boarder my parents had to follow in Harare of which they even slept at the rank waiting kak service I don’t recommend Chihwa tours at all pathetic service there is so many options of buses in Capetown from Capetown to Zim

Booking this bus is a frustrating waste of time and money. The bus was supposed to leave Harare at 10am on the 8th of December 2023 then it rescheduled to the 9th of December 2023. The bus was suppos ... Booking this bus is a frustrating waste of time and money. The bus was supposed to leave Harare at 10am on the 8th of December 2023 then it rescheduled to the 9th of December 2023. The bus was supposed to arrive at 10am but has left passengers stranded from 8am check in time till now it's almost 4pm. The Chihwa office has very rude bus patrons who wont even be bothered by any questions, phone calls or messages.
