Absolutely horrible service at their call centre. We booked a ticket for our son in October to travel in November. When he arrived at the pick up spot, all the seats were full. He was denied a seat ...
Absolutely horrible service at their call centre. We booked a ticket for our son in October to travel in November. When he arrived at the pick up spot, all the seats were full. He was denied a seat despite having a ticket. We called the call centre and spoke to Kathryn (the manager at the Kelowna office), and she told us there was nothing they could do except refund the ticket and book him on the next trip the following day. When I asked about transport OR hotel for the night, she told me that they wouldn't be helping us out with that. When I asked them for the supervisor's name, Kathryn refused to give me that information. I told her that my son was stranded, and I was on the hook for paying for his uber to/from the hotel that I now had to book, based on an error that they made, but there was absolutely no care or concern from her at all. Shame on you Ebus

I phoned friday night to get availability for Saturday morning. He said lots of seats available for the 10:15AM bus. Asked if I wanted to buy a ticket and I replied I would get one at the south edmonton office prior to boarding. He said fine just try to get there by 9:45 which I did. Now the bad news: She wanted $75.84 for the original $25 or so fare because it was a "last minute purchase". I was left stranded so not much else I could do so I paid. What a ripoff scenerio! I had never taken Ebus before and will probably never again. I guess book ahead is the rule here.

My ebus driver on Sunday March 24th from Kamloops to Salmon Arm was friendly prompt courteous and informative. Greg was the driver of coach 5723 leaving Kamloops at 1 pm arrival in Salmon Arm 2:20 pm best experience I have had. Sure hoping I get him on my return trip! Ever driver would do well to follow his lead.

Waited for an hour plus change with a 12 month old baby in -35 weather (I missed the delayed call and calling back was a cat and mouse game). Also edmonton has no heat in the waiting bus area. The driver of Ebus seemed frantic when he arrived maybe because he was an hour late and seemed irritated when I asked him if I should fold my stroller down or leave it standing. Not to mention I have a 12month baby in my arms and he has me waiting in line. Where in the entire Canada that they don’t offer babies first courtesy? Especially in minus 35 extreme cold warning weather. Driver does not announce any destinations so if you’re not sure of your stop, good luck guessing. Does not announce bus etiquette either. wWashroom was unsanitary and NO HAND SANITIZER. Extreme cold warning and the bus did not seem to have heat.
