Greg was the driver of coach 5723 leaving Kamloops at 1 pm arrival in Salmon Arm 2:20 pm best experience I have had. Sure hoping I get him on my return trip! Ever driver would do well to follow his lead.

Waited for an hour plus change with a 12 month old baby in -35 weather (I missed the delayed call and calling back was a cat and mouse game). Also edmonton has no heat in the waiting bus area. The dri ... Waited for an hour plus change with a 12 month old baby in -35 weather (I missed the delayed call and calling back was a cat and mouse game). Also edmonton has no heat in the waiting bus area. The driver of Ebus seemed frantic when he arrived maybe because he was an hour late and seemed irritated when I asked him if I should fold my stroller down or leave it standing. Not to mention I have a 12month baby in my arms and he has me waiting in line. Where in the entire Canada that they don’t offer babies first courtesy? Especially in minus 35 extreme cold warning weather. Driver does not announce any destinations so if you’re not sure of your stop, good luck guessing. Does not announce bus etiquette either. wWashroom was unsanitary and NO HAND SANITIZER. Extreme cold warning and the bus did not seem to have heat.
