The bus attendant went thru my luggage and stole my MacBook Pro lapto during the bus. This was the first and last time I will ever put an electronic in checked baggage. I thought one hour and only two ... The bus attendant went thru my luggage and stole my MacBook Pro lapto during the bus. This was the first and last time I will ever put an electronic in checked baggage. I thought one hour and only two stops would be safe! Security footage from the Harem Otogari station confirmed it was still in the bag before it was loaded and it was not in the bag upon arrival. The only person who had access to the bags for long enough to see what was in them was the bus attendant. This was 20/2/26 10pm-11:15pm Efe Tur bus from Harem to Izmit. The person who stole it is currently trying to get me to send them the passwords so they can bypass the Lost Mode lock! They refuse to meet in person so I can confirm it’s mine (it is because they sent photos of it and I can see marks and the partial email preview for login and they are all mine). Unbelievable! We have gone to the police. Unbelievable.
