Shockingly bad service 3rd world clowns and con artists - non arrival of bus at 3:20pm with promises of slight delays until 7:20pm which was the later scheduled trip. So the booked earlier service was cancelled and passengers bumped to the later over full bus and no refunds offered. Later bus sub standard inner city makeshift bus with uncomfortable non reclining seats on a 17 hour trip and no toilet on board as advertised. Extra money extorted for luggage as well. Incredibly deceitful arrogant staff.

I booked a bus from Cape Town to Johannesburg for the 29 of November and was supposed to leave at 18:40 but stayed at the bus station till 22:00 only for the workers to tell me that the bus is not coming. There was no communication from the service provider and the saddest part is that I’m not from Cape Town, already signed out of my student accommodation and couldn’t go back because it is privately owned not by the university. The workers told me there’s nothing they can do then had to go sleep by this other lady I was supposed to travel with putting my life at risk and her place was in the location by the way. We were told that we should come back the following day meaning the 30th of November at 15:00 it’s now 16:30 I missed a taxi I was supposed to take to Limpopo at Park station and the saddest part is that I had already sent the money to that person and there’s no refund if on their policy you miss it. What I have realised is that the people who are weighing peoples stuff here are selling tickets to other people who buy them at the station making us who bought online suffer.

Not punctual on time of departure we left 2015pm in cape town. . No 30kg luggages from that Simba .All bags is charged meaning the luggage fee is equivalent to nice bus companies. We stuck in Beaufort west,the bus doesn't have a valid permit. Don't choose them if you want to reach your destination happy. As m speaking we are here 03am till 10am wait for un organized operations whereby you sleeping whilst passengers are coldy , missing their appointments waiting reply from unknown bosses.l can imagine now that these buses is a group of partners fetching passengers then gather the them then hire ungood conditioned bus off road worth buses. Terrible service ever. The bus is cold no air conditioning, No road atmospheric sounds.

Your bus should not be operating at all ,it's written park station on the slip but we had to walk out of park station to get the bus , your luggage fee is way too expensive,you don't even have luggage ...
Your bus should not be operating at all ,it's written park station on the slip but we had to walk out of park station to get the bus , your luggage fee is way too expensive,you don't even have luggage tags and when we arrive in Colesburg ultra city we had to exchange the bus with the one coming from Cape town so we were worried about whether our stuff was safe or not you are so unprofessional
