I would not advise anyone to book this bus, that is why it's cheap. Poor service ever my mother booked this bus it was supposed to depart at 18:00 it came 2hours later. If you ask around I the station about this bus nobody know, everyone would laugh at you, but there is a lot that is happening with this bus 😡😡😡, I hate it. It must be discontinued from the roads.

I’m not happy abt the service of this bus,I think you guys you shouldn’t operate the Cape Town route bcoz how come that the bus I book was scheduled for 3pm and and leave Johannesburg back around 10pm ... Poor service I booked ticked for my wife on 18/04/2024. Bus was scheduled for 18.00 they cancelled the bus the was no notification. And she went following day but was scheduled for 3 and arrived at 16 ... Poor service I booked ticked for my wife on 18/04/2024. Please just book another bus Please 🙏 the bus drivers are extremely rude very disrespectful . I was on my way to Capetown . Luckily I didn't purchase the ticket for 1pm instead I got the one for 3pm when I got to the place where the bus stops the people of 1pm departure was still waiting. I waited 2 hours for the bus . The driver or people that works with the luggage charged me R100 for my luggage without even weighing it I said I won't pay they need to weigh it first we had a huge argument they screamed at me I screamed back . The bus was overloaded there was hardly space to walk the worst part is the driver got arrested half way on our way to Capetown for smuggling drugs 😳 Cocain nogal . We had to wait there for two hours while the driver was being detained by the way the charger inside of the bus didn't work my battery was extremely low I had to let my family know that they should wait for me at the station cause my battery wouldn't make it to the station. It horrible if I could rate it with no stars i would . They don't even deserve one star

Horrible experience, this bus needs to be discontinued. Doesn’t keep departure and arrival times. Literally travelled 25hours from Jhb to cpt with no explanation for the delay.

First for all the bus it's not in a good condition to drive people from Cape town to Jo'burg looking at a condition of the bus it's gambling with people's life, we were suppose to depart from cape Tow ... First for all the bus it's not in a good condition to drive people from Cape town to Jo'burg looking at a condition of the bus it's gambling with people's life, we were suppose to depart from cape Town at 15:00 but it arrive 30 minutes late, on the way it just stop no explanation we just heard by the rumors that there is no diesel and where it stopped it was not a safe place to be, we waited for more than 3hours for the driver to come back with the diesel, I ADVICE ANYONE NOT TO TAKE THIS IF YOU STILL CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE, HORRIBLE SERVICE 😡😡 THIS BUS MUST BE BURNED

For the first time I didn't do a review on this company. Much to my dismay FF Gertse is by far the worst bus service company anyone could use. They were 4 hours late ithout notification. Bad my son and wife and baby is stuck in Beaufort traffic department the is impounded the bus was supposed to leave yesterday at 13h00 from Johannesburg park station it only left at 18h30 they arrive ...
