The bus was dirty and grimy, inboard toilet facilities were filthy and only one toilet/refreshment stop on a 19 hour trip. Bus was swarming with cockroaches. During the night the heaters were turned up so high you couldn’t sleep it was so sweaty and uncomfortable, even the sealed chocolate in my cooler bag melted. No covers on the headrests. Lots of rubbish from previous trips, broken table rest. Very dissatisfying

Your bus should not be operating at all ,it's written park station on the slip but we had to walk out of park station to get the bus , your luggage fee is way too expensive,you don't even have luggage ... The bus delayed for almost an hour from Johannesburg, had a breakdown twice (Colesberg and Beaufort west) in Colesberg we waited for 4 hours and in B ... There was no communication nothing. Oohhh the toilet was dirty smelling and the bus was so filthy. This bus needs to be banned. People don't be fooled by the price this is shit bus. I dont recommend it to anyone.
