AVOID!!!! Unreliable, no bus, no refund
I had a very frustrating experience with this company and would not recommend it.
I had a Milano Centrale-Malpensa previously online-bought ticket for 24 December at 10:10 and arrived 10 minutes early, exactly as instructed. I then waited almost 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time. The bus stayed completely turned off, with no driver, no staff, and no ticket sellers anywhere around. To make sure I was in the correct place, I even crossed to the other side of Milano Centrale to double-check, but it was the right location.
There were at least 10/15 other passengers waiting with me in the same situation. Eventually, we were forced to take other buses, wasting time and paying an extra €10 each just to reach the airport. This caused delays and stress, and for me it meant spending €18 in total that morning due to their failure.
When I contacted customer service, they claimed the bus “had been operated” and that 22 passengers boarded, which simply does not match what we all witnessed. The bus I was watching the entire time did not depart at the scheduled time, nor was there any responsible staff present. Despite this, they refused a refund, stating that unused tickets are non-refundable.
Apologies without accountability are meaningless. If a bus doesn’t depart as advertised, customers should not be punished for it.
Very disappointing experience. I will not use this service again and hope others don’t have to go through the same situation.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Sold me round-trip tickets, Sent Me only the outbound tickets and refused to do anything to get me my return tickets. They first denied that they ever sold me the tickets, which they did. They then told me my one-way tickets would work for my return which they clearly would not on their face by any measure. They continue to refer me to other companies when my only transactions were with them. I’ve never had such a terrible experience and had to rebook the tickets for my family through another company and cancel the Flibco tickets through my credit card company. What a bunch of frauds and jokesters.

I had a very disappointing experience with Flibco. I accidentally left my jacket on one of their buses and immediately contacted their customer service. Despite providing all the details (date, time, route, and a full description of the jacket), they were unable to locate it and offered no compensation or meaningful assistance.
What’s even more frustrating is how unhelpful and impersonal the support was. It felt like they didn't care at all about the loss or the inconvenience. For a company that transports thousands of passengers daily, a more organized and responsible lost & found system should be the minimum.
After this experience, I will no longer use Flibco and absolutely do not recommend it to anyone who values proper customer care.

Il servizio è frequente e comodo, ma:se non arrivate 5 minuti prima della partenza, non vi fanno salire e vi chiudono la porta in faccia senza pietà,.nessuna flessibilità..Meno male partono ogni 20 minuti con puntualità
Attenzione se arrivate in Uber:assicuratevi di inserire come indirizzo esatto di arrivo della stazione flixbus Rue de France / Frankrijkstraat, 1060 Bruxelles. In caso contrario, l’Uber potrebbe lasciarvi dall’altro lato della stazione, dove di notte può essere molto poco sicuro, pieno di persone senza fissa dimora.

The Flibco website says the first bus from Brussels Midi to Charleroi Airport is at 7:00 AM – this is wrong. Buses actually start at 3:00 AM and run every 30 minutes. Be careful: if you're don't arrive 5 minutes after, they’ll slam the door in your face, no matter your emergency – zero compassion.
Also, if you use Uber, make sure to set the exact drop-off at Rue de France / Frankrijkstraat, 1060 Brussels. Otherwise, you may be dropped on the wrong side of the station, which is quite unsafe at night.

Paid 50 euros for a transfer, but my flight was delayed by 1h30. Naturally, they didn't wait, and I don't blame them for that.
But when talking with their customer support, they offered no help, no refund, not even a discount voucher or a way to get into one of the MANY buses that leave the airport every 15-30 minutes. Had to pay an additional 20 euros to get into a bus.

The bus was late for 1 hour resulting that we could not get our flight as planned. We lost a lot of money due to this and I would never use Flibco again. I would recommend to avoid it.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! After not being able to purchase the ticket online, bought the tickets from the airport for 38 euro return trip. Then I had to wait from 9.50 am till 12pm in the queue for the bus. In all this time only 2 buses came and left. TAKE PUBLIC TRANSPORT IF YOU CAN. MUCH QUICKER AND FEW EUROS CHEAPER.
