Plate : PMW 3663 Old bus, not a good ride. not sure how the bus system works, but, this bus really need an upgrade for the interior.

Getting worse, keep on delay, late 35mins to pick up, Stop few area just wait the driver to smoke, and wait him lunch while whole bus people hungry to wait, and been reminded not allow eat inside bus. ... My mother is 72 years old, she alone took the day time coach from Bidor to Sg. My mother told the driver that she will go to Tai Sing. After she clear at Singapore custom, she couldn’t find the Grassl ... My mother is 72 years old, she alone took the day time coach from Bidor to Sg. My mother told the driver that she will go to Tai Sing. After she clear at Singapore custom, she couldn’t find the Grassland coach no. 3222, drive have left her and go off!!! This is very irresponsible and make the elderly nervous and worried!! How can your driver do that? If cannot wait, please inform all people that not going to Tai Sing! My mother is long-term visit pass, scan passport and go one, didn’t took long time for the process!! Why driver like that?!

Took the 10.30sm bus and was travelling the whole journey without stop for eating. The driver only stop for toilet break...was expecting yong peng stop for food but driver never stop until reach Johor ... Not punctual, delayed 2.5 hrs. Telling 20 min break for toilet amd having meal..end up take 50 min, make the journey further delay. The drivers spent almost an hour at yong peng stop for break ...only after one passenger sounded the driver because she has a plane to take in kl otherwise the driver will continue chit chatting with ... I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided. My mother was supposed to be dropped off at MacPherson, but your driver left her at Woodlands instead. This is completely unacceptable. This is completely unacceptable. Don’t your drivers do a headcount or verify drop-off points? This shows a lack of responsibility and care. Please investigate this matter and ensure such negligence doesn’t happen again.
