My mother is 72 years old, she alone took the day time coach from Bidor to Sg. My mother told the driver that she will go to Tai Sing. My mother told the driver that she will go to Tai Sing. After she clear at Singapore custom, she couldn’t find the Grassland coach no. 3222, drive have left her and go off!!! This is very irresponsible and make the elderly nervous and worried!! How can your driver do that? If cannot wait, please inform all people that not going to Tai Sing! My mother is long-term visit pass, scan passport and go one, didn’t took long time for the process!! Why driver like that?!
