ada sesetengah driver intertop yang punctual sampai,ada yang lagi sorang tu dah la lambat pastu lengah lengahkan masa pulak tu orang bukan tunggu kau kau yang kena tunggu orang bukan orang yang kena i ... ada sesetengah driver intertop yang punctual sampai,ada yang lagi sorang tu dah la lambat pastu lengah lengahkan masa pulak tu orang bukan tunggu kau kau yang kena tunggu orang bukan orang yang kena ikut pergerakan kau semua ingat orang nak ikut masa kau ke ? orang yang lain ada yang ada urusan nak cepat sampai ada yang sampai tu nak rehat berapa jam untuk rehat sekejap sebelum pergi kerja tapi disebabkan kau jadi orang yang lain lambat sebab nak kena ikut pergerakan kau ..saya sarankan cari driver yang lagi bagus bukan driver yang camni .

Nasib baik mak dan adik saya nampak…kalau tak dah meninggal saya sebab badan tersepit dan terseret kat jalan raya…tolonglah lain kali cek betul-betul ada orang lagi ataupun tidak kat bonet bas..ni melibatkan nyawa…sorry to say memang tak akan pilih lagi bas ni…worst experience ever..tolong jangan naik bas ni kalau awak travel sorang…driver bas langsung tak ada common sense, siap salahkan saya..hello benak ubi, saya kat bawah, awak kat atas…patutnya awak cek dengan mata bukan dengan side mirror..kalau berlaku kemalangan or kecederaan, memang saya buat report polis..

Not recommended. The bus is over an hour late. I asked the person in charge (PIC) at TBS, and he said he needs to wait for the supervisor to inform him of the arrival time. driver got a very bad attitude towards passenger, even curse some of the passenger, intentionally lock the passenger inside.

This was our first taking Inter top bus express from KL-JB on 11/8 at 6pm. The bus didn't show up until 6:45pm, no one informs us the bus was running late. When we entered the bus, it has a very stron ... This was our first taking Inter top bus express from KL-JB on 11/8 at 6pm. The bus didn't show up until 6:45pm, no one informs us the bus was running late. When we entered the bus, it has a very strong air refresher smell and cause us headache. The driver was smoking a few times while driving. I heard someone was spitting behind the us. Many people talking/FaceTime that disturbed others. Air-conditional was cold and the driver had no way to adjust. We were really uncomfortable riding this bus.This would be our first and last time riding this expensive and unprofessional express bus. I still preferred KKKL. Just want you to be aware of our feedbacks. Thanks!

Would not recommend this bus. Fucking late, and the hotline to call doesn't even work. Useless, even I can run a bus company better than this, no accountability or communication whatsoever
