Not recommended. The bus is over an hour late. I asked the person in charge (PIC) at TBS, and he said he needs to wait for the supervisor to inform him of the arrival time. It’s already been over an h ... Not recommended. The bus is over an hour late. Extremely late. Not recommended.

driver got a very bad attitude towards passenger, even curse some of the passenger, intentionally lock the passenger inside.

This was our first taking Inter top bus express from KL-JB on 11/8 at 6pm. The bus didn't show up until 6:45pm, no one informs us the bus was running late. When we entered the bus, it has a very stron ... This was our first taking Inter top bus express from KL-JB on 11/8 at 6pm. The bus didn't show up until 6:45pm, no one informs us the bus was running late. When we entered the bus, it has a very strong air refresher smell and cause us headache. The driver was smoking a few times while driving. I heard someone was spitting behind the us. Many people talking/FaceTime that disturbed others. Air-conditional was cold and the driver had no way to adjust. We were really uncomfortable riding this bus.This would be our first and last time riding this expensive and unprofessional express bus. I still preferred KKKL. Just want you to be aware of our feedbacks. Thanks!

Would not recommend this bus. Fucking late, and the hotline to call doesn't even work. Useless, even I can run a bus company better than this, no accountability or communication whatsoever
