The bus drivers were extremely rude. They also used the bus's toilet, without closing the door, and also not putting the toilet seat up, so the toilet seat was wet. Because the bus only stopped 3 ti ... The bus drivers were extremely rude. They also used the bus's toilet, without closing the door, and also not putting the toilet seat up, so the toilet seat was wet. Because the bus only stopped 3 times for the 18-hour trip from Potchefstroom to Cape Town, we had to use the bus's toilet, that was not clean at all. There was also a very rude passenger who was on the complaint line for hours in the early hours of the morning, complaining about the bus not stopping enough for passenger to climb out, keeping everyone awake. Beaufort-West was the last stop, until we reached Cape Town, I also feel that the bus could have stopped one more time. The experience was not a good one.

The Intercape is not treating clients fairly, we pay for Intercape and it's always expensive than other coaches but we book it because it's comfortable, however when you get to the station you don't g ... The Intercape is not treating clients fairly, we pay for Intercape and it's always expensive than other coaches but we book it because it's comfortable, however when you get to the station you don't get what you booked for, they claim that they work with Big Sky and Intercity but the bus I got was a normal bus that is not listed for the long distance travel, I have never seen it on the booking list, it was something tours. I don't even remember it's name. When you complain Intercape just tells you that they sent an sms an hour before your departure,that you may get a different bus. When are you suppose to cancel their booking and book another coach?. They no longer care for clients at all.

I was travelling from Jhb to Newcastle and really needed water so tried to get off in Standerton, but both drivers shouted at me. Those guys where so Rude to me and then they still say how they will l ... Those guys where so Rude to me and then they still say how they will leave if you late.. First time experience this shit service I've been using intercape bus service.
