Bas tiada aircond langsung. Dalam bas bau busuk seperti bau kepam seat, orang dn lain2. Perjalanan saya dah la jauh. Hampir nak pitam. This bus veryy bad. Not recommend.

I travel with my family my wife my 2yrs son and my only 22days daughter im sitting 💺 no 02 and 03 and my son eating roti suddenly he throw the one bite of roti it's like 2garam like this and driver a ... I travel with my family my wife my 2yrs son and my only 22days daughter im sitting 💺 no 02 and 03 and my son eating roti suddenly he throw the one bite of roti it's like 2garam like this and driver angry with me he say why I cannot control my son but how can I know the only little boy even he can't talk so how I know he throw the roti then I pick up the the roti I clean and I say sorry but when we already in the bustop driver say I didn't say sorry again that's why he hits me he use so bad words so now I want justice please I don't what name of driver but if Jasmin express agency what know they will know at the time of date who's the one driving the bus from TBS to Penang Central Time 11pm to 4pm. Please people of agencys do something with him if not you will lose your customer one by one and important is if I say lies there have cctv agency can check I hope take action to him. I know he doing like this because I'm Foreigner if I'm local he can't do like this to me lucky I'm Foreigner but I hope agency do some action with him thank you so much

Attitude driver toward customer very bad. I ask them politely regarding the trip and got scolded. Same goes to the counter service gate 7 at TBS on 23 Jan 2025 at 12pm.
