The bus timing was satisfactory; however, there were serious safety and maintenance concerns during the journey.
Only a single driver operated the bus for almost 9 hours continuously, which is not safe for passengers.
In addition, the rear suspension of the bus was not functioning properly. It produced unusual noises while the bus was moving, and the noise became increasingly severe over time. We informed the driver about the issue, but no action was taken.
Eventually, the problem became extreme, and the driver stopped the bus at Maduravoyal and asked passengers to continue their journey using other vehicles. This caused significant inconvenience and was not a fair or acceptable way to handle the situation.
I request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to ensure passenger safety and proper vehicle maintenance in the future.
