tunggu la geng bangla tu, sebab driver ngan yang jaga tiket situ dah kotim, bangla tu naik mana ada tiket. semua bayar luar. memang tu la duit tepi tetiap hari gitu

The bus was late. However, the bus wasn’t in good condition to take off the journey, they failed to inform us about the issue and caused major inconvenience for the time taken for the journey. A 3 and ... The bus was late. However, the bus wasn’t in good condition to take off the journey, they failed to inform us about the issue and caused major inconvenience for the time taken for the journey. A 3 and a half hour journey turned out to be 5 hours in total. If the bus wasn’t in good condition, we couldve bought another bus ticket instead of going constant 30km/h throughout the whole journey, steep roads at that.

The driver would first communicate with the passenger through negotiation, but it was not a negotiation, it was more like a notification. Because if the passenger refused, the driver would be very angry, even insulting, and even tended to use violence. This experience had a profound impact on me, and it also caused me psychological problems and made me worried and fearful. It was mainly because of the driver's skilled behavior that I felt this was not the first case. The strangers I was traveling with also reached a consensus with me.
