This demonstrates a serious lack of training for your company. I cannot condone watching videos on a phone while driving. Please be responsible for the lives of your passengers!!. I saw in the comments that you have so many passengers complaining. I am not a complainer, but your driver is terrible and doesn't care about the lives of the passengers. This is something I should seriously complain about! ! ! !

First time encountered such irresponsible bus company. Super late more than 1 hour without any news. Even the staff will tell you no info yet about the delayed arrival time. 1. The bus arrived late. No initiative to inform passengers about the delayed. They got all our information such as phone number, email address but still cannot inform us. Waited at the sentral for mo ... 1. The bus arrived late. No initiative to inform passengers about the delayed. They got all our information such as phone number, email address but still cannot inform us. Waited at the sentral for more than 2 hours with no idea when will the bus arrive. 2. There were two drivers and one was extremely rude he started to verbally abuse other drivers and drive recklessly. Sudden breaks and his loud complaints was very irritating for me in this entire journey. He got another passenger maybe his friend who sat at the stairs and were talking for hours. I do not have any concern with someone sitting there and talking maybe he needs a companion but talking loudly was clearly not acceptable and it shows how arrogant and irresponsible he is. His driving was very scary and I was just hoping I could reach my destination alive and safely. 3. The cable socket was not working and I couldn't charge my phone. The journey is supposed to be 5 hours but I spent 7 hours in the bus and 2 hours waiting for the bus. Overall, this travelling was the worst experience I ever had and hope someone could take an action before anything worse could happen.
