Worst company ever. No address listed on itinerary. When we goggled bus stops only one eas listed so we went to it. Wrong one. Called and complained. They said if I would have searched I could have found the street it was on but I could not find it. Ryan, an apparent supervisor, said it was too bad we went to the wrong place even though their bus stop was not listed in google nor was there an address on the itinerary. Of course I would go to the only bus site listed! Even if u type in mega bus stop the other one comes up. Why why why wouldn't u list an address or at LEAST the street!!!! So unprofessional. And their supervisor was a immature jerk. Never drive mega bus. Pay a few dollars more and go eith greyhound who has been around forever

I had problems with Megabus service 3 times in a year. First time bus skipped my stop and left me and other people behind . Second time the bus broke down in the middle of the trip and we had to wait several hours for another bus. Third time only 1 bus arrived on time to the stop when there were suppose to be 2 buses for that service, so half of the passenger have to wait hours at the stop for another bus to came. If you refuse to wait and leave to find another transport you get no refund because they said the service will be provided in few hours. Awful customer service.

Not what I expected... First time using Megabus. The bus was almost 40 minutes late, we're standing on a dark street in the cold 30 degrees temp near the river..34th Street 12th Ave. The vinyl seating was uncomfortable because you're constantly sliding out of your seat. No foot rest for long overnight travel. The bathroom omg... I thought Greyhound was bad..the toilet is in the wrong position. I'm only five feet so I could not even stand back far enough to avoid having my clothing touch the rim of the seat and miss the bowl period. Never again will I take this bus.. the only good thing I would say, is that you're not packed onto the bus like Greyhound.. plenty of seating. Also, it would be nice if the driver introduced himself. We get on find our seat, driver takes off.

This is the worst device I have ever seen. When you call they tell you they don’t know where the bus is. How in the hell are you still n business??? Get it together people!!! I’m going to sue if something happens to my family!!!

There is a number for mega bus 1-888-530-1391 don't use it because it is a scam my mom and sister lost over 400.00 dollars and had to spend more money to get to there sisters funeral
