Bus came late 15 minutes. The staff attending the counter before boarding was rude. Couldn’t afford to greet le alone smile. Frequent stop by the driver. Once he stopped to withdraw money and answered ... Bus came late 15 minutes. The staff attending the counter before boarding was rude. Couldn’t afford to greet le alone smile. Frequent stop by the driver. Once he stopped to withdraw money and answered me rudely “My friend has to withdraw money for diesel.. the bus can’t run on water. Bloody rude driver. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend it to others. The worst bus company and the worst bus driver ever!!

bapak slow sia, ade laluan yang dekat tapi pi iikut laluan yang banyak jem, aku tak sempat ada kat tepi arwah abang aku sebelum dia meningal disebabkan bas yang lembab macam ni

Worst experience ever. That one driver was so rude like super rude. When someone ask for his help to unload her luggage since it was difficult for her to get it by herself, the driver got angry and sc ... Worst experience ever. That one driver was so rude like super rude. When someone ask for his help to unload her luggage since it was difficult for her to get it by herself, the driver got angry and scold the person instead of helping. Also worst driving. He was driving a ous not a car or motorcycle. Not feeling safe at all. Not to mention he kept high beam and honking other cars who are slow. I mean you can just overtake the slow car at the right lane. I never seen that kind of attitude in my whole life. That was such a horrible experience. On the night of July 31, 2023 I took Nini Express from Terengganu to Kemaman. The bus driver was on the phone from the time he left that station until he arrived to the next station. Saya beli tiket ke Marang tapi driver tak berhenti dengan alasan tak beritahu nak turun di situ. Kalau saya beli di marang takkan saya nak turun dekat tempat lain pulak, sepatutnya jadi driver kene be ... Saya beli tiket ke Marang tapi driver tak berhenti dengan alasan tak beritahu nak turun di situ. Kalau saya beli di marang takkan saya nak turun dekat tempat lain pulak, sepatutnya jadi driver kene bertanggungjawab & amanah, kalau main ikot diri sendiri je susah la, buat apa saya beli tiket ke marang kalau dia tak boleh stop marang. Harap pihak nini check balik mereka punya driver pilih yang elok2 sikit.

Bas Nini slow gila! banyak stop and bila stop tu lama sangat. sampaikan kt ke kuantan ambik masa lebih 5 jam! Kerusi bagi bas Nini pula kurang selesa dan saya menahan sakit belakang selama 5 jam lebih ...
