We paid 4x the price for this bus compared to other buses which weren't available at the time we needed. Have no idea why the price is so much higher. Bus was late to arrive, late to leave and late a ... We paid 4x the price for this bus compared to other buses which weren't available at the time we needed. Have no idea why the price is so much higher. Bus was late to arrive, late to leave and late at destination by 45 min. Bus was very dirty and shabby. Bus shook the entire ride so something isn't working well mechanically. Bathroom was disgusting and no place to wash hands. I would request a refund if possible it was that bad.

Horrible service. The bus was not a bus but a shuttle and we weren’t informed of this until close to the departure time. Was on the phone with customer service for hours and they would not allow us to ... Horrible service. Was on the phone with customer service for hours and they would not allow us to catch a later bus. We had to pay again because we missed the bus. They are not accommodating and do not value their customers.

Both rides with them were at least an hour late, bus drivers are clueless to the proper routes. Would not recommend this crap bus.

The bus smelled like pee the whole time. It gave me a terrible headache. There was nothing we can do about it, no windows to open. Just felt like you’re stuck in a terrible smelly moving public washro ... The bus smelled like pee the whole time. It gave me a terrible headache. There was nothing we can do about it, no windows to open. Just felt like you’re stuck in a terrible smelly moving public washroom for 3 hours. This is not the first time we have to experience this disgusting smell of the bus. Would not recommend.

The bus was late at departure and smells urine half way to London. Did not smell clean even at the beginning of the trip. Driving was okay though.

Absolutely horrendous service. They were 45 mins late to pick us up and did not let us know. On the return they were an hour late and then call d to say the bus broke down and witnessed an hour, then ... Absolutely horrendous service. They were 45 mins late to pick us up and did not let us know. On the return they were an hour late and then call d to say the bus broke down and witnessed an hour, then the driver showed up with cabs to go to Kitchener where apparently the bus was, but there was not enough room and the driver said who doesn’t need to go and then said to my friend who offered to drive us I will pay you to take people, which turned out not to be true. Bad service, unreliable and they are not truthful I would not recommend them at all.
