The most amazing bus company, hands down. They always arrive on time, and prior to departure they call you to ensure that you are on your way and to let you know what time the bus is leaving. They always arrive on time, and prior to departure they call you to ensure that you are on your way and to let you know what time the bus is leaving. EXCELLENT customer service. Very safe drivers. The bus itself is very comfortable and has a bathroom inside the bus. I would choose ONEXBUS over any other bus. I travel frequently and highly recommend them. Thank you ONEXBUS.

Booked for return from Toronto to London. Called three times no greetings or courtesy on the phone, just put me on hold for 10 mins and chatting with other person. Very bitter experience
