Book kursi nomor 5, dapatnya kursi paling belakang. Kursi di acak driver, tidak sesuai pesanan. Pelayanan sangat buruk, delay lebih dari 1 jam. Kapok dan gak akan pernah lagi naik bus Permata Utara

My bus was ticketed to depart at 3.46pm from Seremban. It arrived at 7 .20pm! And my seat was taken by other person.

Our bus is over 3 hours late. They messaged us at the scheduled departure time and told us it would be delayed 1.5 hours. Well 1.5 hours later and the bus was still not there. We have messaged the com ... Our bus is over 3 hours late. They messaged us at the scheduled departure time and told us it would be delayed 1.5 hours. Well 1.5 hours later and the bus was still not there. We have messaged the company asking for updates with no response. So we are sitting here wondering if the bus is ever even going to come. At this point we have asked for a refund to book a new bus, but still no response. Incredibly unprofessional!! DO NOT book with this company.

I was on my journey from Penang Central to KL. I was meant to have sear no 2 but it was taken. I was told I could sit on any empty seat. I sat at seat no 29. I did not realise there was a sleeping com ... I was on my journey from Penang Central to KL. I was meant to have sear no 2 but it was taken. I was told I could sit on any empty seat. I sat at seat no 29. I did not realise there was a sleeping compartment for the driver. When we stopped for a break the driver who was sleeping assaulted me by touching my head and pushing it down towards his knee n was about to punch me when another passenger intervened. I believe this behaviour of a employee of your company is unacceptable. The bus number is PLF 7359. My crime was to turned the aircon down. I did not know there was anybody sleeping at the very end of the bus. That does not allow this sleeping driver from laying their hands on me and threatening to fight me. He needs to be dismissed as a driver.

Order a 3 seat comfort bus but the bus was delay for 40minutes+ then it combine 2 delay trip together for a 4 seat squeeze bus. On the squeeze bus for about 2hours then change bus to 3 seat comfort bu ... Order a 3 seat comfort bus but the bus was delay for 40minutes+ then it combine 2 delay trip together for a 4 seat squeeze bus. On the squeeze bus for about 2hours then change bus to 3 seat comfort bus. The 3 seat comfort bus driver slept on the bus more than 2.5hours then he drove super fast to rush the schedule but the time of arrival delay for 2hours. Won't order permate utara bus anymore and advise to other don't buy also.
