Coche # 9 has no air conditioning , is very hot inside, 2 hours under this conditions is terrible

The worst train I have ever seen. 1. Comfort - feels like a very cheap, all hard plastic, non-comfortable, crowded seats. 2. Air conditioner made +15°C, summer, all people wearing light clothes. I wa ... The worst train I have ever seen. 1. Comfort - feels like a very cheap, all hard plastic, non-comfortable, crowded seats. 2. Air conditioner made +15°C, summer, all people wearing light clothes. I was frozen. Staff don’t care. 3. Toilets smell, both with hard chemicals and …. 4. Price was x2,5 higher than previous train (AVE from Granada to Madrid). Same travel time and approx.same distanse. 5. They charge my luggage additional $15, although previous AVE train did not. Crazy. Not recommend spend your money on that. At least please choose better value for that price.
