The driver drove like an odiot. We're glad we didn't crash. The bus was dirty. Never more!
Bus : from Segamat to Melaka Date: 25/4/2024 Time: 11:30am Rude driver, not punctual , bad services. This is the 1st time and last time for this Sanwa express’s. Very lousy services.

We are travelling from KL to Mersing, have been in this bus for one hour and the driver has already smoked 3 sigarrettes in the bus! Smells like in a smoking room. Only five hours to go still. Worst and lousy bas ever ! 7Pm from segamat to larkin but the bas wait for more than 50mins just for another bas coming from another place to board the fuxking bas
Lousy service, not punctual and driver is not friendly at all, bus delayed for half an hour without any announcement. Driver rejected for our toilet break request when he is waiting for pick up at pet ...
