Bas dari TBS to terminal Meru Raya ipoh pada 7.6.26 @ 1015pm. First time naik bas ni,mmg dtg ontime. Naik je bas, wow ada tv kat stiap seat,ada blanket yg disediakan juga. Xde bau n mmg tak nmpak ada kotor or sampah tetapi ADA ANAK LIPAS KAT SEAT DAN JUGA KAT BAWAH KAKI.banyak juga,geli.😭😭😭so lipas ada sbb kekotoran,so berharap bas ni utamakan lebih pada kebersihan,make sure kat bawah kaki tu lipas xde. Bas biar x ctk asal bersih.. ni bas da elok ctk tp ada lipas bermksd bas ni x bersih secara amnya.sy sllu pergi balik kl to lumut or kl to ipoh. Bas2 yg sy ikut sblum ni mmg xde tv or selimut di sediakan tp sekurangnya bas tu xde lipas. So hope jaga lah kebersihan bas tu. Tq

staff kaunter sanwa express muadzam ni memang tak boleh cakap elok2 ke , orang naik bas bayar bukan free .. beradap laa sikit , tanya elok2 dia jawap menengking .. tak professional langsung , merosakk ... staff kaunter sanwa express muadzam ni memang tak boleh cakap elok2 ke , orang naik bas bayar bukan free .. beradap laa sikit , tanya elok2 dia jawap menengking .. tak professional langsung , merosakkan reputasi sanwa express .. bas okay driver pun okay , cuma dia je problem .. harap ada company bas lain ambik route muadzam-kl selain sanwa , malas nak hadap staff takde sopan santun terpaling baran

The bus left earlier than scheduled. Driver did not take initiative to call out the passengers name who are supposed to board the bus. The bus counter at the terminal is opened but nobody is there. The bus counter at the terminal is opened but nobody is there. We had nobody to inform when the bus left us. We had to buy another two tickets to reach our destination. Terrible bus service from Sanwa Express.

Terrible driver, keep stopping the bus without reasons, call someone while driving, smoking in the bus that cause bad ventilation and people keep coughing. The bus plate no is JYJ 7773.

No bus VDP 6513..Batu pahat-kuantan,4.35/4.40 petang pemandu masih isap rokok dlm bus..Kami masuk dgn senyum n salam..pemandu balas dgn muka yg sangat sombong..beberapa kali pemandu ada isap rokok..pe ... No bus VDP 6513..Batu pahat-kuantan,4.35/4.40 petang pemandu masih isap rokok dlm bus..Kami masuk dgn senyum n salam..pemandu balas dgn muka yg sangat sombong..beberapa kali pemandu ada isap rokok..pemandu bawak bus dgn sgt laju dan tidak wajar..pemandu ada tegur penumpang depan dgn sagat kasar..sehingga dengar beberapa orang dlm bus..seperti ingin memalukan...sy dh mengunnakn perhikmatan sanwa 3 tahun,ini kami pertama sy berjumpa seperti pemandu seperti ini..mungkin silap pihak kami kerana tidak merakam sebagai ukti...harap pihak sanwa boleh amk kira komen ini utk kepentingan syarikat sanwa..terima kasih..

tak pernah pernah aku naik bas dari TBS nak gi ke utara gi pick up gombak dengan jalan duta lepaa tu. 1 JAM 30 MINIT SEMATA NAK PICKUP ORANG JE GINI GAYA BAIK TAKYAH NAIK KAT TBS DULU. DAH TAU TBS LAG ... tak pernah pernah aku naik bas dari TBS nak gi ke utara gi pick up gombak dengan jalan duta lepaa tu. 1 JAM 30 MINIT SEMATA NAK PICKUP ORANG JE GINI GAYA BAIK TAKYAH NAIK KAT TBS DULU. DAH TAU TBS LAGI DEKAT NAK KE UTARA KENAPA ROUTE GI PICKUP KE GOMBAK, ORANG NAIK GOMBAK PERGI KE GOMBAK DULU APA PUNYA ROUTE DENGAN TIMING TAK MASUK AKAL NI. BAZIR MASA BAZIR TENAGA.
