The bus was extremely unreliable, departing three hours later than scheduled. I strongly advise against choosing this bus company.

Bus was ok..tapi bus attendance yg minta nombor seat semasa nak naik bas d terminal Shah Alam sangat kurang hajar..dengan meninggi kan suara dngn muka yg tegang ,very rude!!

Late by 30 minutes at TBS. Went into Seremban to pick up more people, wasting travelling time. At the destination, Never went into the TUTA Tmn Ungku Tun Aminah bus terminal. It stopped at Skudai H ... Late by 30 minutes at TBS. Went into Seremban to pick up more people, wasting travelling time. At the destination, Never went into the TUTA Tmn Ungku Tun Aminah bus terminal. It stopped at Skudai Highway apposite GuoGuang primary school. This bus company is a scam . Avoid.

The bus parked in the wrong platform (different from official notice), and although I was early, i was led to the wrong platform without early updated notice. The bus has left few minutes after the d ... The bus has left few minutes after the departure time, and customer were left stranded without assistance or any advices. The customer service was unresponsive to solutions and feedbacks. The worst coach provider I have experienced so far. Save yourself from the terrible service.

Hye, i would like to express my unsatisfactory opinion. I took bus from TBS to Tun Aminah Station, Johor Bahru.. BUT THE DRIVER SEND ME TO A RANDOM BUS STOP AT NIGHT AND IT WAS DARK AT THE MOMENT. I chose TUN AMINAH STATION FOR A REASON! because it is easier for me (a girl and also student) to get a grab driver to my university. My booking at 9.30am @ 22 Feb 2024 from terminal Tun Aminah, JB. Tĥis may take almost 6 hours to reach terminal putrajaya (Exact time 3.20pm) due to first drop off is KLIA

I take 8am bus from JB to KL @ 24/11/2023. I supposed to reach Shah Alam @ 1pm or 2pm roughly. But they will bring you to all the terminals in jb first before they move to shah alam. Same goes to drop ... I take 8am bus from JB to KL @ 24/11/2023. I supposed to reach Shah Alam @ 1pm or 2pm roughly. But they will bring you to all the terminals in jb first before they move to shah alam. Same goes to drop off. They will go to SOOOO MANYYY DROP OFF. I didn’t know why the bus driver also seems to have a lot of problems in life i think. Is it so hard to be nice and talk nicely to people??? IT TAKES ME ALMOST 12 HOURS FROM JB TO SHAH ALAM! You suppose to mention it before people buy the ticket. Haihh!!!
