The maintenance of bus was worst . There was ac leaking sideways and it was too uncomfortable hitting on face. Very worst experience

When people are able to afford your bud with ticket prices 1500-2500/-dont you think they can afford a good place for dinner? Our bus journey from Hyderabad to chennai was a worst experience. the driv ... Our bus journey from Hyderabad to chennai was a worst experience. the driver stopped at a below average dhaba.It was such an insult to the customers. No one actually even got down for dinner. It was so unhygienic, worst place. Never gonna travel in SriKrishna travels ever again and will not recommend to anyone

I booked a ticket from Chennai to Palani with Krishna Travels. Immediately after booking, I cancelled the ticket. However, I have still not received the refund. When I contacted customer care, they d ... I booked a ticket from Chennai to Palani with Krishna Travels. Immediately after booking, I cancelled the ticket. However, I have still not received the refund. When I contacted customer care, they did not respond properly. They keep saying that the ticket was not confirmed. But in my booking details, the status clearly shows “Booked,” a PNR number was generated, and the seat was also allotted. Despite providing these details, their response was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I was not treated respectfully as a customer, and they failed to provide a clear explanation regarding the refund. I request Krishna Travels to resolve this issue immediately and process my refund at the earliest. Based on my experience, I am very disappointed with their service.

My wife was travelling alone. Extra people stuffed so they were sleeping in the middle foot path between the berths. The berths were so low that between her & the person sleeping in footpath was just ... My wife was travelling alone. The berths were so low that between her & the person sleeping in footpath was just a curtain. she was very scared. will never book this service again. Its safety concern & gives me shivers thinking of it. I am writing my feedback at 2am as she is unable to sleep after the incident. She asked driver to stop for washroom and he says they will not stop till morning. rude behavior
