Saya nak complain pemandu bus Mr.sohaiXi Sikapnya banyak teruk Tarikh. -14/3/2025 Masa bas - 8.15pagi Nombor bas-AJT 9378 (macam)🤔 Saya beli bas ticket from lumut sentral to melaka sentral bas bertolak dari lumut sentral apabila bus berhenti di sri manjung station Saya sudah bagi tau pemandu bas Saya nak pergi tanda tapi tak sampai tiga minit selepas Saya keluar bus itu sudah jalan Saya minta bantu dengan counter sri maju lepas tu Pemandu bas teruk itu whatapps Saya Saya tanya bus di mana sekarang boleh bagi Saya Alamat tak Saya nakcall grab sampai bus sana Pemandu bas teruk itu beritahu Saya alamat Salah lepas tu grab sudah sampai Saya naik grab dan beritahu Grab driver ikut alamat yang pemandu teruk bagipunya pemandu bas teruk itu lagi call 📞 mai Dia Marah Saya dalam handphone: bodoh itu cina Hei, boss Sebab Saya cina you benci Saya Kah you tak Kira penumpang cukup atau tidak bus terus jalan ini Saya punya masalah kah Lepas tu kau bagi alamat tempat Bas berhenti pun Salah your bagi Saya alamat adalah satu kedai Mamak tapi your cakap dengan grab driver tujuanAdalah garden。。。 alamak you Marah saya Bodoh Saya tak Kisah apa-apa punTapi sebab kau Saya lagi mau bayar lagi lapan ringgit untuk naik grab Itu macam punya orangPun boleh jadi pemandu!!! Sikap pemandu bas banyak teruk !!!!

Bad service and not recomended. The driver drive while viewing tiktok video and very loud. Very uncomfortable.

Never ever travel with this bus! I’ve experienced very bad bus before and did not complain much and just take it as what it is. But for this bus Sri Maju Group from Larkin Johor to TBS kuala lumpur ... Never ever travel with this bus! I’ve experienced very bad bus before and did not complain much and just take it as what it is. But for this bus Sri Maju Group from Larkin Johor to TBS kuala lumpur (Trip number: srimaju-759) is a special case. My guy really don’t give a crap and took his time enjoying every single minutes of his career driving the bus. I don’t really know that there are so many breaks during a single trip (toilet break, chit chat break, and smoking break). Smoking alone took 45 minutes. Just wow! Really considerate individuality Here’s summary of the Bus problem: 1. Different bus from my booking in app 2. AC that is broken and leaking water 3. So many side missions to stop the bus 4. Smoking break took 45 minutes (life is stressful, enjoy a bit) 5. Normal bus taking 4 hours 15 minutes to get to KL from Johor (this bus taking 4 hours from Johor to Malacca) NOTE: NO TRAFFIC JAM If you looking for good bus here’s my list based on my whole life bus traveling experience: 1. KKKL 2. Mayang Sari 3. City Express Never having any problems with those buses in the list above
