Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfair Extra Charge for Luggage on September 28 Dear Sri Maju Customer Service, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent bus trip with your company. On September 28, I took the 8:25 PM bus from Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur (Ticket No. 77692525). Just before boarding, the driver told me that my luggage was "too large" and demanded that I pay an additional RM20. This has never happened before, even though I take the same route every month. I was very surprised and disappointed because Sri Maju’s ticket price is already higher than other bus companies, yet I experienced this kind of treatment. I would appreciate it if you could explain why I was charged extra, and whether this is an official company policy. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response. Best regards,

Never ever travel with this bus! I’ve experienced very bad bus before and did not complain much and just take it as what it is. But for this bus Sri Maju Group from Larkin Johor to TBS kuala lumpur ... Never ever travel with this bus! I’ve experienced very bad bus before and did not complain much and just take it as what it is. But for this bus Sri Maju Group from Larkin Johor to TBS kuala lumpur (Trip number: srimaju-759) is a special case. My guy really don’t give a crap and took his time enjoying every single minutes of his career driving the bus. I don’t really know that there are so many breaks during a single trip (toilet break, chit chat break, and smoking break). Smoking alone took 45 minutes. Just wow! Really considerate individuality Here’s summary of the Bus problem: 1. Different bus from my booking in app 2. AC that is broken and leaking water 3. So many side missions to stop the bus 4. Smoking break took 45 minutes (life is stressful, enjoy a bit) 5. Normal bus taking 4 hours 15 minutes to get to KL from Johor (this bus taking 4 hours from Johor to Malacca) NOTE: NO TRAFFIC JAM If you looking for good bus here’s my list based on my whole life bus traveling experience: 1. KKKL 2. Mayang Sari 3. City Express Never having any problems with those buses in the list above
