On September 28, I took the 8:25 PM bus from Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur (Ticket No. 77692525). Just before boarding, the driver told me that my luggage was "too large" and demanded that I pay an additional RM20. This has never happened before, even though I take the same route every month. I was very surprised and disappointed because Sri Maju’s ticket price is already higher than other bus companies, yet I experienced this kind of treatment. I would appreciate it if you could explain why I was charged extra, and whether this is an official company policy. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response. Best regards,
