Waited for >1.5 hours at the bus stop for the bus to never show up. Granted, there was a lot of snow coning down. But to not notify your passengers that you are not coming is outrageous.

Waited for >1.5 hours at the bus stop for the bus to never show up. Granted, there was a lot of snow coning down. But to not notify your passengers that you are not coming is outrageous.
It was impossible to get through to the company as well. I tried calling multiple times and it only went through to voicemail. They never responded to my email, a message I left via their chatbot, or a DM on Instagram.
Now, they’ve informed me that a refund isn’t possible and gave me various excuses. They will only offer me an open bus ticket that can only be used within a month. Even if I lived in Canada (which I do not!), why would I ever want to book through this shoddy company again?
Don’t do it! Rider Express and EBus are so, so, so much better.

The bus had legitimate reason for being late due to an accident on the highway and had to be rerouted. But you need to set up some type of system so that as a client who is heading to the airport to catch a flight, I know if I still have enough time to get to the airport to catch my flight. Some type of app that a person can use to get the location of the bus in case of an incident. Some type of app that a person can use to get the location of the bus in case of an incident like this happened on Monday.
