Well i didn't travel with them. Aparently they cancel their bus in that direction because of a protest bloking road(but the protest is between tunja and bogota, so not in the way and the busses to bog ... At the terminal they were rude and unhelpful, 3 diferente desk sent me to each other without being able to say " we cancel all our buses in that direction" or look at my ticket. Im not fluent in spanish but definetly good enough to understand that. They were all rude, mean and un willing to help and forget about getting my money back.. thankfully copetran was there to help in a friendly manner and we understand each other pretty well even with my spanish, amazing what you can get done when you try!. Im definetly done with concorde.

Mal servicio al cliente en el terminal de transporte de Tunja por parte de este empresa, ojalá les den capacitación de cómo tratar a las personas que llegan a adquirir sus servicios.
