If you know whats good for you 🙌🏾 stay away from delta coaches...they cancelled my trip last minutes, the bus came after 8hrs20 min🙌🏾 we complained and they threatened us with death

This bus is the worse bus ever, it needs to be canceled, these people don't give a fuck about us customers

Delta Crap Coach registration JYL 319 EC that was suppose to depart 17:05pm on the 4th of May 2024 from Pretoria (Bosman) to Capetown and departed later on during the night after 5 hours full of lies, unrespectiful, rude, unprofessional and confusion. 1st things first, you selfishness risked passenger's lifes, you overloaded the bus that is why you bypassed the weigh bridges by taking through a very long route from Colesberg(N9) - Middleburg(N9) - GraafReinet - Aberdeen and finally R61 to Beaufort West, no drop off happened. Delta Crap Coach reg JYL 319 EC, the bus wasn't stable almost tipped off several times, overspeeding and the APS was even displayed as 'malfunctioning'. At Johannesburg Parkstation, driver took the bus in to motion while the loaders where still busy in that crap dirty bunkers like he was using the mirror to do his makeup. Delta Coaches is a no go OFFICE or BOOKING! At Worcester, you harrased the existing exhausted passengers to board the bus. Your helpline contact number doesn't work. Fong kong and couple of malfunctioning charging ports, iPhones don't charge there. Window curtains where taken off or stolen. The bus engine sound was like whiii whii whii whii whii or whatever it was. Now my bag and my food, Delta employees refused me to get in with my 40cm x 30cm x 15 cm into the bus and he even pushed me when i was telling him why when the bag is small, but he still claimed "it was big" They threw my newly bag in to the dirty bunker, surprisingly they did not want to offload it claiming that it was behind the lagguage that was overloaded the bus, they said i have to follow my small bag the following day. They stuck my ORG coke, piece of fried chicken and some biltong, who the rat chewed my food,

I booked a ticket for my wife from Pretoria to Cape Town, the bus supports to live at 11:00am but they live at 5:00pm, and go to stop at Joburg until 10:00pm very disappointed

This bus has a very bad service, just take it at your own risk. The route from Bulawayo to Joburg is fine, but Joburg to Cape Town is a no, no. Don't say you have not been warned.

Very bad service, the bus was inpounded and we waited for 8hrs in beaufort west. The drivers didnt even care they kept on saying the other bus is coming.
