I booked online ahead of time. My reservation said duration 3:00. Depart 8:00 - Arrive 11:00. Expectation from their pictures was a bus to pick us up. What arrived was a 4Runner. What arrived was a 4Runner. After waiting 15 minutes for the arrival at 8:00 we reached out via WhatsApp about pickup and was told "Please Reserve" the 4Runner showed up at 8:25. The driver showed up and did not say much of anything. Maybe a language barrier. We stopped in town for gasoline and oil. And then unexpectedly, we stopped and picked up two more passengers. We had three of us crammed in the back seat for what ended up being a four hour drive. We stopped shortly after for the driver to get breakfast and a café. He did not mention anything to the passengers. We ended up taking two more breaks on the way. When we arrived at Alimrante we waited 2 and a 1/2 hours for the boat. 8am-3:30pm was our total time. Not the 3 hours mentioned in our ticket reservation. We had a connecting boat ride at 12:30 thst we missed but we were fortunately able to catch a later boat.
