Very bad experience with Alpine Fleet on both journeys. As we had an ear ... Very bad experience with Alpine Fleet on both journeys. As we had an early flight, we chose them over other transfer companies because they offered the earliest possible transfer from Geneva to Val d'Isère at 10:30. Don't fall into this trap! The previous day we received a message that our transfer time is 11:30 because the flight MIGHT be delayed (which it wasn't), the bus actually left at 12:05 after waiting for later passengers until it was full and hit the heaviest traffic, arriving after 6 hours. All our plans for the day were ruined. The return journey was even more disappointing. With a booking for 7 AM, they rescheduled the transfer for 6 AM with the explanation that strikes were announced and they are leaving earlier to avoid road blocks. Together with 4 more passengers we were driven from Val d'Isère to Tignes in a shuttle and loaded on a bus (half full). In Bourg Saint Maurice the bus stopped and waited for one hour for three more shuttles from other resorts until full again and was already behind schedule compared to our booked transfer one hour later. When I texted them that obviously they are not avoiding any road blocks, they had the audacity to lie that the vehicle had a mechanical issue, which was the reason for the delay. Meanwhile the traffic got busier, as can be expected, and we began to worry if we'll make it to the airport on time. It seems it's their practice to announce a lot of time slots to attract clients and combine them in one or two buses for the day. I can understand their intentions to optimise the transfers and I would have even supported the idea, but they start cheating clients from the time of booking and continue lying all through the journey making up ridiculous explanations.
