Bus was 35 minutes late for pick up in Salisbury, MD. There was nothing on web site that allowed you to track for time it would be arriving plus I was not aware this bus would make stops. The full route should be on the itinerary. The bus stopped approximately 30 minutes after pick up for gas and 15 minute break at a 7/11 which lasted longer. Then the bus stopped at Delaware State University. We arrived in NYC 80 minutes later than scheduled .
Bus ride was smooth. No major traffic that contributed to delay. Driver was courteous and drove safely.
I did not plug in USB but noted others had no power. Some of the seat backs were damaged. AC was blasting and was cold. I note others brought blankets and/or jackets so would recommend same if you travel on this bus.
More expensive than others going to nearby areas. If headed to eastern shore , MD, I highly recommend going to Christiana Mall in DE on Our Bus. Has always been on time, cleaner and less expensive.

Make sure you double check your pickup location, sometimes it changes when you reschedule (I did this and could find the pickup until I called the driver who helped me). You just have to be really direct with the drivers, they’re just trying to make a living in a hustling city. Only major complaint is the bathroom, I get it’s a bus bathroom so how good can it be but it reeked of hell, and flush didn’t work so either a) pee only (and standing/squating if you’re able) or b) bring toilet paper and portable Lysol cause if not you’re in big trouble haha.

I wasn't on the bus but I did interact with the driver. My husband and I were driving South on the Delaware Memorial Bridge going 55MPH (it was a 45MPH speed limit) when he mentioned that there was a bus tailgating him. When i looked back you couldn't even see the headlights. He finally moved into the lane to the right of us and when my husband flipped him off he tried to side-swipe our car. He then started the tailgate the truck in front of him, moved back in front of us (cutting us off) and then slowed down to 35MPH. after we moved from in back of him, he startde speeding. After the toll booth, he started speeding again. I called the 405-357-8333 phone number on the back of the bus and the woman just did not seem to care much that the large moving billboard advertising her company was advertising that they hired drivers who were dangerous. She stated that she would talk to the driver. I'm not holding my breath.

The service was horrible, the agents are very rude and the seats are uncomfortable. They over sell tickets where there isn't enough seats for ticket holders. I got to the bus on time, while waiting on the line, I was told I couldn't board the bus because they didn't have any more seats. The ticketing agent was very snippy and started yelling at people when we started asking about next steps. She said she would give us our money back. When I agreed and requested for my funds back she told me to call the customer service agent, who was also snippy and sarcastic and hung up the phone on me. Afterwards, I followed up with the ticketing agent who continued to be rude and said she wasn't refunding me. This was a round trip ticket and on my way I witnessed the driver talking down and yelling at customers. This is an industry issue and since their tickets are cheap they feel as if they can treat you anyway; I will never ride with them again. Cheap or not I value customer service.

Rang for a refund but their "customer service" number has no answer, and voicemail is full. Truly terrible.

This company is a flipping thief I bought my ticket online and I did not find my email so I ended up paying 40 dollars cash to go on the bus when I arrived in New York there office was close so I could not change my ticket an there customer service number wasn’t available when I went back on the app to check my ticket it was marked as used when I called there customer service an finally got a hold of them I was disrespected and the person hang up on me after I was explaining what happened , I did not use my ticket !I don’t recommend anyone to use this bus they a robbing people blind
