I arrived 4–5 minutes before the scheduled departure of my bus from Paris to London. The bus was already there with the doors closed, and the driver was inside, so I waited for him to open the doors. Instead, the bus started moving, and when I tried to get the driver’s attention, he ignored me and drove away – leaving me behind.
I immediately contacted the support centre, but after about 15 minutes of being transferred between different people, I was told that it wasn’t considered an emergency and that I should call back later. Eventually I was informed that since the bus left on time, it was my fault for being “late”, even though I arrived before departure. There was another passenger in the same situation, and we both stood there watching the bus leave.
As a result, I was left alone in a foreign country, late at night, with no assistance or solution offered. This was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had.

I can 100% back up the comments above - and then some because at a 30 minute stopover we came out after 20 minutes to find him driving off slowly, teasing us while looking through the closed door. Forced us to run and fall in the snow (lol) all because he was very late (2hrs in the end) and their drivers do seem to be rude and agressive. I will never give them a cent again.

Unfortunately the bus was 30 minutes late without any notification until the moment the bus arrived. Also the reserved seats were not valid. While entering the bus they simply told the passengers that no seat reservation was possible. I feel for the bus drivers who clearly seemed to be under stress, but that doesn't excuse the lack of information or customer service. Also there is no number to call in these kind of situations to ask for information. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this service forward to anyone who appreciates customer service and punctuality.

Do not use this bus company under any circumstances. Within one single bus trip with them I somehow had a bus not show up at all, a driver tell me the wrong information, their buses be not clearly marked (they had handwritten single pieces of paper marking their blank white buses), and had a customer service rep tell me this was all my fault. I was at the bus stop 25 minutes early and stayed 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time in the correct spot according to their map and address and every station employee there. The customer service rep lied and said the bus came when it clearly did not and then told me they would do nothing about it. Avoid this company at all costs unless you have money to buy more bus tickets when they don’t show up or are ok being stranded in towns.

Took two buses with this company and both arrived one hour later than they were supposed to. Also the drivers were very rude, some of them ignored us when asking a simple question and another one grabbed and pulled my arm in a very harsh manner, all because HE made a mistake while checking my ticket and not communicating well. While scanning my ticket he forgot to click on the stop we were getting on (Bremen) so my ticket appeared as denied, after some time he motioned me to continue and get on the bus and when I took a step he grabbed my arm harshly and started screaming that the ticket wasn’t valid, he then noticed that he didn’t click on the stop we were at and scanned it again and now he let us go. But horrible experience, definitely won’t be riding with this company again.

Super dangerous experience, the bus drivers were super tired already when departed, they didn't stop for a break for 15h and one of the 2 drivers drove for 7hrs straight while driving too fast and triggering an autovelox!
When I asked if we could have a break after 11hrs the bus driver answered that we couldn't stop because there were too many people and we would be even more late (running 1hr late a that moment)
BLABLACAR DEFINITELY UNDERPAYS AND EXPLOITS ITS EMPLOYERS, AND DOESN'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT SAFETY

Tenía un bus de Vigo a Lisboa que jamás apareció, llamaba y no me cogían. El resto de buses del día estaban llenos y me quede tirada. Horrible experiencia.
