First of all the bus got to the station 30 mins late and when we were 15 mins from Barcelona the Bus driver took a 30 min break, I have a train in one hour exactly and I’m going to loose my train. He ... First of all the bus got to the station 30 mins late and when we were 15 mins from Barcelona the Bus driver took a 30 min break, I have a train in one hour exactly and I’m going to loose my train. He says he has to rest after a 2 hour drive… still waiting and still on the bus!

el autobús era demasiado apretado, sin entrada USB, y aire acondicionado flojo(en verano), el conductor super borde. el viaje ha sido horrible. Nunca mas viajo con blablacar

Super dangerous experience, the bus drivers were super tired already when departed, they didn't stop for a break for 15h and one of the 2 drivers drove for 7hrs straight while driving too fast and tri ... Super dangerous experience, the bus drivers were super tired already when departed, they didn't stop for a break for 15h and one of the 2 drivers drove for 7hrs straight while driving too fast and triggering an autovelox! When I asked if we could have a break after 11hrs the bus driver answered that we couldn't stop because there were too many people and we would be even more late (running 1hr late a that moment) BLABLACAR DEFINITELY UNDERPAYS AND EXPLOITS ITS EMPLOYERS, AND DOESN'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT SAFETY

The worst experience I've ever had. They cancel your trip even when you are waiting for the bus in the bus terminal.

Tenía un bus de Vigo a Lisboa que jamás apareció, llamaba y no me cogían. El resto de buses del día estaban llenos y me quede tirada. Horrible experiencia.

The drivers didn't speak the same language and didn't know where they were going. This was a night trip. They either didn't check the ticket or didn't ever say there would need to be a change of bus, ... The drivers didn't speak the same language and didn't know where they were going. This was a night trip. They either didn't check the ticket or didn't ever say there would need to be a change of bus, but ended up not going to Paris, they went to Luxembourg. When asked at that bus station they said they were going next to Lyon. Asked early in the trip which Paris station the bus was headed to and they didn't tell me this was the wrong bus. Felt very vulnerable - had to leave the bus in Luxembourg at a dark, unpopulated bus station. Never will travel with them again.

Awful service. Had booked a front seat online but driver refused the seats to anyone, customer service line useless, driver rude, bus very late with no easy way to get updates. We picked this bus as i ... Awful service. Had booked a front seat online but driver refused the seats to anyone, customer service line useless, driver rude, bus very late with no easy way to get updates. We picked this bus as it suited our transfer times, wish we had not. Toilets filthy, no soap (glad i carry some cleaning goods with me)

Rescheduled our night bus to the following day with less than 48 hours notice. Rescheduled our night bus to the following day with less than 48 hours notice. We were forced to buy expensive last minute flights instead, and after 7 weeks of constantly sending emails, I have only received one email in response to our refund request stating that because we took the bus (which we obviously didn't) they won't refund us. They strategically have no phone number, so there is no way to communicate other than emails which will be ignored. Do not book with this company, the amount of money you save compared to other transport will be completely overshadowed by their reluctance to refund and the cost of last minute alternative transport should anything go wrong. Could not recommend them or their customer service any less.
