    Horrendous customer service. Don't make the mistake of booking with this ... Horrendous customer service. Don't make the mistake of booking with this scam of a bus service. I had to cancel a ticket, for which I was given a voucher to redeem. When I tried to redeem that voucher at a later time, I was told the credit had been applied, so I proceeded with the purchase. IT CHARGED MY CARD A SECOND TIME for a total of $124 lost. I ended up cancelling the second booking to try and get a refund for the extra charge but they simply gave me a voucher again. It didn't let me redeem the initial voucher until I booked about an hour before the departure date; clearly giving limited access to me because I was attempting to use the unused credit. The second voucher has been sitting unused in my account for a month and a half and I have been reaching out to their emails to absolutely no avail. DONT USE THIS SERVICE. Will have to go through my bank to report as a fraudulent charge to get my refund.

    Since their refund policy is “under no circumstances” I have no choice b ... Since their refund policy is “under no circumstances” I have no choice but to write a scathing review. I booked a round trip from Toronto to Montreal. On the way there, they gave me no confirmation of a bus or driver, so I went to the first Book A Ride bus I found, at the same time I was set to leave. The driver, without looking at the location scanned my ticket and let me on. Fast forward three hours, the driver pulls over on the side of the high way and says “none of you are going to Montréal, right ?” Turns out, this bus was actually to Ottawa, and so they had to reroute so I would still get to Mtl. I get picked up in a random town in a random non-descript black van that takes me the rest of the way, an hour later than I had anticipated. Then this morning, apprehensively, I get ready for my venture back. I get to my designated place half an hour early. This time, I do receive notification that I will be picked up in the black van again, hooray! If not for the fact the driver was an hour late, with no notice given whatsoever. Apparently he got stuck in snow, an unforeseen circumstance but made inexcusable by the fact I wasn’t contacted. Thankfully, I met someone taking the same trip as me, we had planned to take a RideShare instead. Until randomly we get a call that the driver has arrived, and picks us up (again, we had no choice, the ride is unrefundable). Overall, horrendous experience, the worst I’ve had on my travels. I would not recommend using this company unless you are desperate. There is no where to contact anyone, they do not keep you up to date, their so called tracking software did not work (at least for my trips). I am so beyond disappointed.

    This book a ride company is fraudulent and faceless that operates out of ... This book a ride company is fraudulent and faceless that operates out of nowhere. Its more like a ghost, it left me stranded in the middle nowhere. Nobody should take them seriously or travel with them ever again.

    I booked a ticket from Toronto Pearson Airport to Windsor and the bus ju ... I booked a ticket from Toronto Pearson Airport to Windsor and the bus just did not show up. No notification from the company about the bus being delayed or cancelled. The bus tracker on the website did not work either. I was worried about missing the bus so I stood outside in the cold for as long as I could (2 hours) until I was too cold to function and gave up. No customer service number. I filed a ticket on their website but only got an automated email response. There are many bad reviews about this company on Trust Pilot, Reddit, Better Business Bureau with similar stories about the bus never coming. Do not book a ticket with this company. There are many other bus companies with fares that may be a bit higher, but at least conduct their business with integrity.
