BMW 3598, the delayed was more than 2 hours without any updates or apologies. we were left hanging without news from the driver or the city express staff. the hotline was no use when things like this supposed to be open 24hours. this is highly unprofessional for a big company. i would never deal with this company ever, waste time and have no common sense at all.
Worst bus trip ever. Bus broke down. Trip took 15 hours. Should have been a 10 hour trip. A disaster.

I’m very disappointed with the service. The bus only arrived exactly at the departure time, leaving no time for passengers to prepare. The driver was rude and spoke disrespectfully. On top of that, the seats were dirty and uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this issue seriously.

The driver was on a phone call from pick-up to drop-off. It felt unsafe and unprofessional. I don’t think I’ll use this company again. Please look into this.

I am writing to formally complain about the highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of one of your drivers during my recent ride on [date] at approximately [time]. The experience was extremely unpleasant due to the following issues:
1. **Disrespectful and Aggressive Attitude:** The driver repeatedly raised his voice at me and spoke in a rude, condescending manner, which was completely uncalled for and made me feel disrespected as a customer.
2. **Excessively Loud Music:** The driver played music at an extremely high volume throughout the trip, despite my polite request to lower it. This made the ride uncomfortable and stressful.
3. **Reckless Driving:** The driver exhibited dangerous driving behavior, including sudden acceleration, harsh braking, and ignoring traffic rules, which jeopardized passenger safety.
4. **Smoking in the Vehicle:** The driver smoked inside the car, disregarding company policies and basic courtesy. The smell was unbearable, and this behavior is unacceptable in a shared space.
I expect your company to take immediate action to address this matter. Please investigate this incident and provide a response detailing the steps you will take to prevent such behavior in the future. I would also appreciate compensation or a refund for the unsatisfactory service.

The bus experience with City Express from KL to SG was the worst ever, it’s my first and the last time booking with this company, due to the bus timing that matches with my time I had to book this bus as the usual bus company I have always go to is fully booked. Well, this bus did not even take place at all and I have already felt like it is the worse out of the worse.
Firstly, the bus was late for almost 30mins and we were told to keep waiting for it until at the last minute the staff at the counter told us it was cancelled. Seriously, no proper planning? To make things worse, there’s no compensation or anything and was told to call the customer service agent from the website or app that I have booked to refund me and there were no back up buses and I had to rebook again and pray for my luck to get the earliest timing, luckily I managed to find one with other bus company.
Please do not book from this company unless you really want to get cheated on and don’t mind wasting your time.
