    This company is horrible, can let their bus late for 1hour and let their customer waiting without any apologies, any back up plan, what's the point ppl buy a bus ticket with a timing? 🙂 Dont tell me ...     the bus was delayed 1 hour then when i was on the ride there driver stop at tangkak and picked up 2 guys which is with no seats at all.     On my 14 Sept 2024 journey with my 3 kids age 10-16 from Shah Alam terminal 17 to JB at 10.30am was horrible. It was school holiday and the traffic was severely bad and at 2pm we still not passed the ... On my 14 Sept 2024 journey with my 3 kids age 10-16 from Shah Alam terminal 17 to JB at 10.30am was horrible. It was school holiday and the traffic was severely bad and at 2pm we still not passed the Seremban area. Its ok i know we can do nothing during bad traffic but at least after 4 hours please stop at the RNR to give the passengers a toilet break. At that time only 1 passenger talk to the driver for toilet break and she is the only one who is allowed to go for toilet while when the other passengers start to get up from their sit, the bus driver shout angrily dont get down from the bus, not for break yet!! I am what! only 1 person allow to go for toilet while the rest need to hold their pee 😠 n from the window seat I can see he go to the toilet too. So unfair! We are all human. Who are you want to shout at us like that. He only stop for break around 3pm at Melaka. He warned us not allow eating on the bus. If we have bought some food need to finish before get in the bus. The long queue at toilet almost 15min so i cant buy anything from the foodtruck as the driver start to horn few times ask all passengers to get in the bus quickly. Luckily before departure i manage to buysome food for my kids as they are so hungry at 5pm never take lunch yet. The bus stop again around 5.30pm at johor i think somewhere in Pagoh only at 'hentian sebelah' as i saw the driver ate his lunch box at the roadside. I dont understand why was he being selfish to eat his late lunch while the other passengers not allow to buy food at the foodtruck at the previous stop to eat on the bus. This driver is crazy!!! The most selfish human ive ever seen. And for your information we reach Jb at 7.45pm!! For 9 hours road journey my kids and I only eat a single bun each with 2 bottles of mineral water. Thank you city express for such a bad experience for me n my kids! We know how to keep cleanliness in the bus. If we eat we will keep the litter until we reach our destiny. Not recommended at all!

Second,the driver is super NO MANNERS !! this is my first time ride bus of CITY EXPRESS from jb back to muar,i have bring my small hand carry luggage bag and when I up to the bus,the driver of BOTAK shout me with loudly and ask me why dont want put the bag to the luggage compartment below the bus. Third,the driver use handphone when driving in the highway (maybe call wif his wife later want go to pasar mlm or not?) Fourth,cut lane with no using signal,and drive with reckless (emergency brek and horn suka hati) Last,when arrived the terminal Muar,this driver open the luggage compartment slowly,the passenger is waiting him already,we open the door of luggage compartment ourself and he shout very loudly and said (if the door is broken u want to pay or not?!!) SO THIS IS MY FIRST RIDE AND ALSO IT WILL TO BE MY LAST RIDE OF CITY EXPRESS !! POOR COMPANY AND POOR DRIVER !!
