I had an amazing journey with Delta. The bus arrived 30 minutes late but onboarding was quick and easy. The bus driver and staff were so friendly and made me feel safe and excited for my journey as it was the first time I travelled by bus. The bus was comfortable with air-conditioning, reclining seats, a usb port to charge my phone and a clean toilet. The bus experienced some issues as we were approaching Musina. The bus driver and staff stopped the bus safely at the nearest garage and fixed the issue within 30 minutes and we were back on the road. The staff announced when we arrived at the borders and gave instructions for a seamless immigration process. The staff made sure to check that everyone was back on the bus before leaving every stop. I arrived 2 hours later than expected but it was honestly such a great experience. I would definitely recommend Delta Coaches.

I wish I could copy and paste some of the previous remarks because it is exactly what is happening today. The bus was supposed to leave Cape Town station 16:10. It is now 18:07 no sign of the bus or even communication. Which clearly shows that Delta management don’t care if the same situation keep on repeating. First and last time on this bus. I called the customer care line twice on 076 441 0202 and no answer. The other number is not even going through.

This bus had squats of cockroaches. The air conditioning and charging ports not working. Waited 2hours at the garage to change drivers and before we reach Bloemfontein we had to change buses and no explanation given.19 hours on the road only now we passing Welkom. Imagine what time are going reach Pretoria. This by far the worst experience ever. That I was supposed to be in Pta by 9:45 according to the tickets. It is now 13:45 @ welcome.

My bus was suppose to depart at 4 but by 6pm I was still at the station. There was no communication, they were busy on their phone watching videos. I so disappointed in Delta Coaches.

The volume is just too loud we can't even hear properly when someone talks to you.

What a horrible experience. Our bus was 2 hours late or delayed or whatever. They don't even have the audacity to make an announcement or apologise as expected. Then eventually they weigh your bag, and boom you suddenly have to pay extra cash for the bags weight. Regardless if you have money or not, otherwise they refuse you from entering the bus. They have no mercy and manners these people. And the cherry on the cake is, the bus go stuck without diesel, because apparently the gage didn't work. For heavens sake man, after 3 hours of standing on the road the diesel came and we left. Just as we left, the bus broke again.
THEY TRAP THE PEOPLE WITH THEIR CHEAP TICKETS AND GIVE US BULLSHIT SERVICE.
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT SHOULD BAN THIS COMPANY FROM THIS KAK!!!
