They are very rough and crooks they deal with those guys of small cars packed out side to leave some passengers behind they will tell u to get a car to follow the bus I had to because my things where ... Bus was late in jhb, next thing we r shuffled between busses, rough reckless drivers...had a tyre burst after Bloem, driver doesn't pick that n still cruises at high speed.....after we called him to s ... Bus was late in jhb, next thing we r shuffled between busses, rough reckless drivers...had a tyre burst after Bloem, driver doesn't pick that n still cruises at high speed.....after we called him to stop, 2 tyres on divers side worn out, this was around midnight or 0100 thereabout. Outer one completely out while inner one was also peeling...stuck in the middle of nowhere at night.....good Samaritan suggested they cut off peeling tyre n take a slow drive to next service station ....arrived at Colesburg at 0620...wait for help which came after 0800...bus gets fixed 3 tyres now....start off from Colesburg around 1400 only to arrive in Capetown at 2345😢😢 Throughout this ordeal, no communication from staff, drivers made unnecessary convenience stops....no food offer as some had enough money for trip...no apology for anything....people have missed interviews, registration, job offers, health appointments🙆🙆🙆 Wouldn't recommend it to anyone even if it was to be the lowest in terms of fares.

My husband gave drivers a bucket of chicken inn and some water to give to me but they never did .Had to change buses at Midrand and I lost a bag .Was travelling with a toddler and it was not inconven ... I am very disappointed and the driver was very rude He didn't address/say anything before we left park station My main problem is the toilet coz the door can't close and the toilet is out of order.. ... Everything about this bus . Horrible. Drivers are very rude . Oh my God time management very poor we waited 4 hours I dnt know how times they changed us to different buses

They have the worst service ever. No updates for delayed buses. The bus arrived 3 hours late, it broke down in Blom and we arrived almost 5 hours late in our destination.

We boarded the bus from Cape Town to Pretoria, which was scheduled to depart at 6pm, but the bus didn't arrive until almost 8pm with no apology or explanation. To make matters worse, we were forced t ... We boarded the bus from Cape Town to Pretoria, which was scheduled to depart at 6pm, but the bus didn't arrive until almost 8pm with no apology or explanation. To make matters worse, we were forced to change buses and had to stand for a portion of the trip. Upon arriving in Johannesburg, we were switched to yet another bus. The experience was extremely traumatic, and I'm still shaken by the rude drivers and reckless driving.
