What a horrible experience. Our bus was 2 hours late or delayed or whatever. They don't even have the audacity to make an announcement or apologise as expected. Then eventually they weigh your bag, and boom you suddenly have to pay extra cash for the bags weight. Regardless if you have money or not, otherwise they refuse you from entering the bus. They have no mercy and manners these people. And the cherry on the cake is, the bus go stuck without diesel, because apparently the gage didn't work. For heavens sake man, after 3 hours of standing on the road the diesel came and we left. Just as we left, the bus broke again.
THEY TRAP THE PEOPLE WITH THEIR CHEAP TICKETS AND GIVE US BULLSHIT SERVICE.
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT SHOULD BAN THIS COMPANY FROM THIS KAK!!!

Zero Stars: Absolutely Disgusting Experience -Bribes (Bunch of criminals)
This was, by far, the worst travel experience I've ever had. The service was disgusting and disappointing, and I would never recommend this bus company to anyone.
Upon boarding, we were ordered to store our bags without any tagging or tracking system. The drivers were arrogant, rude, and lacked basic work ethics. Instead of assistance, they offered intimidation.
In Komani, we were told to change buses, but there was no space available. It became clear that the drivers were accepting bribes and allowing people to board without proper bookings. This was shocking and unacceptable.
The bus was overloaded from Komani to Bloemfontein, with passengers forced to sit on the floor. To make matters worse, the bathroom was out of order, and we were not allowed to use it, after arguing with the driver he only stopped at Bloemfontein.
The lack of professionalism, organization, and basic human decency makes this bus company a hazard to passengers. Avoid them at all costs. I will never use this bus ever.

The bus is so not good and I won't recommend it to someone else as the service was bad ,the punctuality of time sucks 😭i had to also run after the bus even when it was the bus that was running late,and can you actually believe that the bus got stuck while we were in the middle of nowhere,so guys do yourself a favor and never book this bus especially if you are in a hurry
