The bus is smelling urine,they run out of petrol and stop on the road for money to be deposited in the ATM..the stuff is rude ,the bus discs are expired

Delta bus that was meant to leave from Cape Town to Pretoria @18h00 did not pitch , i arrived at the station at 17h00 @around 17h30 two Delta buses arrived only to find out people who bought tickets for a Delta bus that was meant to leave Cape Town to Pretoria at 16h00 were still there,mind you the time was already 18h00 they took them and left us those who were meant to leave @ 18h00 stranded at the station be warned never book a Delta bus.This is Sunday 3rd of May 2026.

My ticket it was from 13:00 on the 02 April 2026 , when I arrive at the station in Johannesburg the lady told me that the ticket from 13:00 is cancelled to 19:00pm and I didn't receive any SMS or email,so I had to wait for 6hours there at the station,then 19:00pm the bus arrives and we went in we drove from like an hour after that the bus broke 😭😩 we had to wait for another bus ,the new be us came to us around 07:00 am in the morning which is now 03April 2026....we drove for hours and the time Now is 21:10 still I haven't arrived at home yet ,we still driving...... with all due respect I didn't like the service here please guys try to do things better....thank u.

Delta buses is for the people who doesn't have any plans to do. Because you would be late by 12 hours. Not reliable at all.

I would never recommend delta to anyone, what a nightmare we were supposed to travel 17hrs but we travel 26hrs what nonsense was that, we've changed the bus out of nowhere without any communication, the bus was dirty with no USB charging port, we stopped now and then to refill petrol, the bus was late we were supposed to departures at 18h00 but was late with an hour, other people were running to work but they couldn't make it😭😭😭😭😭😭 the driver was busy with the video calls with her woman while we asking we want to go we are late johnnasburg is dangerous at night we are woman we are scared because we wouldn't found the taxis to our houses, DELTA IS A SCAM with unprofessional drives.

The bus took us from East London to Queenstown. When we got there we had to change busses. Ghe bus we had to get in was full . They left us there at the garage stranded. We had to make our own plan ...
The bus took us from East London to Queenstown. When we got there we had to change busses. Ghe bus we had to get in was full . They left us there at the garage stranded. We had to make our own plans to travel the next morning. We slept at the garage on the 11 April 2026 . That bus is not good I would never get in it again after paying R600 for that nonsense and they don't refund for their own nonsense. Im very disappointed

Worse experience in my entire existence. People are not safe. We exchanged buses then we were left for hours ( bare in mind its raining and freezing out here).

I will never travel or suggest Delta bus service again. The bus was broken . The driver was on his cell phone most of the time I took pictures and videos . In the night almost made accident . Never stopped for us to use toilet . Stopped at places to satisfy their needs on the road, it was the most horrible journey . My bus was for 4pm they did not tell me I ma leaving at 6pm with the other bus. The journey from Capetown to Johannesburg but this was when we had to change buses . It's sad how we all sat in that bus fearing because the driver stayed on his cell phone
