I waiting for so long but the bus haven't. We book the ticket using own money we not travel free but you do like this . This is my second travel on this bus. That day also same. Very poor service. Everytime need to wait for more than 2 hours. Took bus ticket at 6.15 till now the bus not arrived yet. Very very bad service not recommended. I didn't give two stars. Very poor service!! Buy ticket 7.15pm but 8.15pm not yet come! Punctuality problem!!!!. Wasting people's time! Will never buy ticket from gjg again in future! Everytime like this!!!!
Very bad service. BUS from KL to Penang was scheduled at 1.15 PM. Waited until 2.15 PM and when going to on board the bus, TBS gate counter said this is for 12.15 passenger and 1.15 will be arriving a ... Very bad service. Waited until 2.15 PM and when going to on board the bus, TBS gate counter said this is for 12.15 passenger and 1.15 will be arriving at 3 PM but suggested to refund because even 3PM bus is no seat available. Very bad and never take GJG

Setiap kali naik bas GJG. Tiap kali tu la delay, tak punchtual. Memang tak recommend. Lepasni memang takkan pilih bas ni dah. Ni pun sebab tak ada pilihan terpaksa juga pilih bas LEMBAB NI! The worst experience ever. 40 minut after scheduled time. the whole way the driver was talking on his cell phone and smoking cigarettes . What the fuck are we living in, the 19th century?!
