Please make sure there need to set a limit for passengers to adjust their seats behind. I have experienced a worst experience regarding the seat issues. The passenger Infront of me really didn't have ... Please make sure there need to set a limit for passengers to adjust their seats behind. I have experienced a worst experience regarding the seat issues. The passenger Infront of me really didn't have sense to think about the other passengers, he puts behind his seat at maximum which lead me myself didn't even enough to sit in a comfortable posture. This is my second time experience facing in this bus. Or else please try to educate each and every travellers this type of issues before took of the bus.

Bought a ticket from tbs to butterworth penang on 31 May 7.45am. The bus came rate and delayed from destination for 4 hours. Furthermore, the bus driver intentionally changed the destination, instead ... Bought a ticket from tbs to butterworth penang on 31 May 7.45am. The bus came rate and delayed from destination for 4 hours. Furthermore, the bus driver intentionally changed the destination, instead of dropping of at butterworth like it states on my ticket. He dropped me to some station else in Penang. I asked for the clarification but he said to take another bus to butterworth by myself. I should have been at butterworth since it is on my ticket. I suspected he did change the plan for personal convenience. This is totally disaster because it ruined my all travel plan. I expected to be dropped at butterworth as it said on my ticket when bought. Plus, he answered my question with rude manner while smoking on the bus while driving. Dear review readers, i would suggest you not go with the company from this bus by any means. Please select other choices.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with your bus service. I was a passenger on the 7:00 PM bus from KL TBS to Penang Sungai Nibong on January 2nd, 2025. Under n ... I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with your bus service. I was a passenger on the 7:00 PM bus from KL TBS to Penang Sungai Nibong on January 2nd, 2025. Under normal circumstances, the journey from KL to Penang typically takes around 4 hours. However, last night, the trip took an astonishing 6 hours despite there being no traffic congestion. This delay caused significant inconvenience to all passengers on board. Furthermore, I observed an unsettling issue during the journey. Both bus drivers were involved in collecting and delivering goods along the route, seemingly for personal profit. Throughout the trip, the bus frequently stopped as the drivers communicated with buyers and sellers to confirm delivery locations, further delaying our journey. This activity raised concerns not only about time management but also about passenger safety and the primary purpose of the bus service. As a result of the extended travel time, I only arrived at the Penang bus terminal at approximately 1:30 AM. This late arrival made it incredibly difficult for me to arrange transportation home, causing additional distress and a lengthy wait to secure a ride. To support my claims, I have attached photos and videos that I took during the journey as evidence of the drivers’ actions. I kindly request that you review this material and provide an explanation regarding the following: 1. Why did the journey take 6 hours instead of the usual 4 hours without traffic? 2. Is it standard practice for Keroja bus drivers to use passenger buses to handle private goods? While I understand that earning additional income may not inherently be an issue, it should never come at the expense of passengers’ time, safety, and trust in your service. I hope to receive a prompt and satisfactory response to this matter, along with assurances that measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I agree. The drivers stopped many many times to pick up packages, some seeming were live crabs. It is not a Express bus . Most excruciating bus ride in my life.
