VJT5838 driver very bad tempered, stop at road side and don't want to drive, full bus waiting for driver. Very terrible bus experience. Choose other bus company.

Someone keeps smoking in the bus along the journey to KL sentral.

We took a bus from Penang (Komtar) - KL (KL Sentral) with Kejora Mashyur (KL) V Kejora on June 21 '24 the 11AM schedule. This is the worst experience for a bus trip i've had in Malaysia. We lost a str ... We took a bus from Penang (Komtar) - KL (KL Sentral) with Kejora Mashyur (KL) V Kejora on June 21 '24 the 11AM schedule. This is the worst experience for a bus trip i've had in Malaysia. We lost a stroller that cost nearly MYR 2000 (rented, but now we have to buy a new one for them to replace the missing one) for the stroller. Its a twin green and black stroller. So i tried to complain and ask what happened to they're customer service for lost and found. And they sent me videos thats been edited or cut, taken pieces by pieces instead of a full running video for the however long the process of loading the luggage into the compartment takes. If i could upload the video here, i would upload it, but there isn't an option for upload. KEJORA MASHYUR BUS, is a bus company that i will not take in the future anymore for sure.. and also not a bus company that i would recommend to anyone. I wish there was more way for me to take actions on this, because MYR 2000 is a lot of money.

Useless bus. Delay for over 2 hours. Drive like crazy, idiotic attitude. Irresponsible, unhygienic bus

Do avoid using their service. It’s horrific experience, waited for 2 hours. The fare were rather expensive compare to their service. Can get way more cheaper fare with KKKL with a pleasant journey.

First and last time taking this bus, what an unpleasant journey 😡 Bus was very delayed, the total travel time was almost 13 hours!!! The bus’ initial arrival was supposed to be 2:45 pm but was delay ... First and last time taking this bus, what an unpleasant journey 😡 Bus was very delayed, the total travel time was almost 13 hours!!! The bus’ initial arrival was supposed to be 2:45 pm but was delayed for 2 hours. We boarded at 4pm. We arrived at about 1:45 am. We did not expect such a delay. Most of the passengers on the bus were starving… barely any food stalls were open at rest stops. Although the trip was elongated by the traffic, this couldve been a slightly more pleasant trip if we were informed of this earlier but the KKKL counter was extremely unhelpful.
