Please avoid this company! This is the first time ever for me leaving a review . First of all their arrival at the bus station was a bit late which is okay , then got into the bus and was looking for ... Please avoid this company! This is the first time ever for me leaving a review . First of all their arrival at the bus station was a bit late which is okay , then got into the bus and was looking for my seat the numbers were erased nobody helped i had to figure it out myself then saw that in my seat there the side ( arm resting thing) is missing , i was still like oh okay . At the bus station where i got the ticket they said that they were offering free wi-fi inside the bus which also came up false . The staff is terrible , their are the rudest one ive seen so far , because i am traveling from another country and i do not know the Turkish language i tried to communicate in English a couple times but when i did they wouldnt even try to look me in the face they were just ignoring then we stopped at some place "Gebze" went out for a smoke it was not just me but alot of people , nobody told us to get in , nobody saw the driver go inside , he started the engine and started leaving , , everyone was running towards the buss i guess he wasnt looking at the side mirrors he almost took some people under the buss HORROR again after we got back they did not check the seats and if everyone is in the buss unlike the other companies , then the Tablet in front which is placed on the seat it loaded after 5 hours of traveling when i almost am reaching the destination and again those tablets do not offer internet connection , almost forgot to say that i asked them to turn the AC on and they said it is ON , it is crazily hot inside and the driver are driving us like we are potatoes and very unorganized for example our bags they did not specify them with somekind of numbers to identify who's which bag is . I hope their excuse is not the price because it was just 2.5€ difference .

Had to literally fight with them on both trips to get the air conditioning turned on. The staff and the driver were rude and were smoking inside the bus. They showed zero regard towards their passengers and the services provided during the journey were subpar. Seems like all of their employees have not been put through any kind of training. The bus never departed or arrived on time and arrived 4 HOURS late on my first journey. I would never suggest anyone to travel with them and would recommend other alternatives who know how to value their customers and are very professional in their work.* (*commentary edited)
