I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent trip with Starmart.
I boarded the bus on 14 March 2026 at 10:15pm, bus number SJB6666. Although the bus arrived on time, it did not depart on time. Passengers started boarding around 10:04pm, but the bus only left at approximately 10:30pm, which caused unnecessary waiting.
What was even more concerning was the cleanliness of the bus. During the journey, I noticed cockroaches inside the bus, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic for passengers.
I hope the company can look into this matter seriously and improve the cleanliness and punctuality of your service.

On 20 February 2026, I traveled from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Singapore with Star Mart Express. During the immigration process in Malaysia, there was a delay due to a passport issue. As a foreign traveler, this situation was extremely stressful for me.
I was only 16 years old, and the passport issue was related to my guardian. I did not have a SIM card and was unable to contact my mother. I requested assistance from the driver and asked if the bus could wait briefly. However, although he waited for only a short time, he was unhelpful and treated me in a rude and disrespectful manner.
I was told to unload my luggage while other passengers were present, and the driver used inappropriate language toward me. I believe this behavior was highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially considering my age and circumstances.
The vehicle number was VNP60. I hope the company will take this matter seriously and ensure better service and professionalism in the future.

I would like to share my recent bad experience during my journey from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore on 18/10/2025.
1. The scheduled departure time was 9:30 PM, but the bus only departed at 9:54 PM.
2. The driver’s attitude was extremely rude. He was a Malaysian Indian driver who was using his mobile phone while driving and responded rudely to passengers when asked general questions.
3. After completing the Singapore immigration check, we returned to the designated waiting area, but the bus had already left. It did not even wait for 15 minutes.
4. We arrived at Singapore ICA around 3:30 AM, and after realizing the bus had left, we were forced to wait for nearly 3 hours before catching another Smart Mart Express bus to reach Golden Mile.
Overall, it seems the company is focused only on making money without showing any care or concern for passengers’ comfort and safety.

Worst bus service ever! I will never book with them again. The driver was extremely rude and totally unprofessional.
First, they gave wrong bus information – at first it was PRN6, later suddenly changed to PPD6666. No proper communication, no punctuality. Such irresponsible management!
The driver’s behavior was horrible. I had some food in my bag and wasn’t even eating inside the bus, but he started shouting at me and forced me to keep it in front of him until the end of the trip. Who gives him the right to dictate such nonsense to paying passengers? Totally disrespectful and humiliating.
This company clearly doesn’t care about passengers, time, or basic manners. Very poor service, worst experience ever. I strongly warn others – think twice before booking this bus!

I am writing to express my concern regarding the behavior and service of the bus driver during a recent 12-hour tour trip.
While I understand and respect the rule about not consuming food or snacks on the bus for cleanliness, I am disappointed that passengers were not even allowed to keep snacks or food items inside their handbags. Many families, including those with children, were on board, and such restrictions made it very difficult to manage basic needs.
The trip included only two petrol station stops, and even those were strictly limited to toilet use only – no time was given to buy any snacks or drinks. There was only one stop at a food court, and we were given just 20 minutes. The place was very crowded, and most passengers couldn’t get food in that short time.
Furthermore, the bus driver was not friendly and spoke very rudely to passengers. His tone and attitude were unprofessional and disrespectful, especially considering that this was a family-friendly tour.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better service and more humane treatment of passengers in future trips. Families travel to enjoy and relax, not to face unnecessary stress and discomfort.
