Passengers started boarding around 10:04pm, but the bus only left at approximately 10:30pm, which caused unnecessary waiting. What was even more concerning was the cleanliness of the bus. During the journey, I noticed cockroaches inside the bus, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic for passengers. I hope the company can look into this matter seriously and improve the cleanliness and punctuality of your service.
