In one word: Horrible. The bus ticket cost $47 and I was charged twice when ordering through Wanderu. The bus ticket cost $47 and I was charged twice when ordering through Wanderu. The waiting area in Washington, DC is in an Exxon gas station parking lot on the busy corner of New York Avenue and Bladensburg Road NE, no shelter from rain or gas station air. The 6am bus arrived more than an hour late, at 7:12am, even though Wanda Bus requires people to arrive 30 minutes before the "scheduled" departure. However, when the bus finally did arrive, the driver of the bus didn't even know what time he was supposed to be there. No concept of the bus schedule. While I was waiting for the bus, I called the "24 hour" customer service line only to get passed on to voicemail twice. When I finally spoke to someone, they told me "the bus isn't always on time" and they hung up. The bus interior was filthy, smelled of urine, marijuana, and old cooking oil. Empty alcohol containers littered the floor and most people on the bus were sleeping and sprawled across two or more seats, others were vaping or smoking weed, or watching videos on their phones at high volume. I cannot stress how terrible this bus experience was - do not repeat the mistake I made by using Wanda Bus. This company should be shut down.

I was not able to but a ticket on line don't know why but I just took a chance a went at the last minute and I told the lady I couldn't secure a ticket on line and she told me I have to pay her cash n ... Anyway only 5 people was on the bus until we got to south Carolina. The bathroom was ok and he only give us to bathroom break for 10 minutes each. Somebody kept shouting to put on the heat. The driver was not friendly like he wanted change driver so he drove real fast. He was all over the road. On my way back they over charge me to get on the bus and she wanted cash. I paid 140 but it suppose to be 120.smh somebody kept on smoking all kind of stuff on the bus giving people a attack. The bus driver smell it too but didn't care. I kept on having to go to the bus dirty bathroom because he didn't give us a break until he reach north Carolina which was over 12 hrs when we board.. the bus was full until we got to the Carolina s and when I got to atlanta it was only 3 of us left on the bus and somebody stole a guy bag from under the bus he went crazy and I feel so sorry for him..my bags was not where I left them ether it look like somebody was looking in the bags..but I had just dirty clothes and other stuff they didn't want in it. I was praying they don't steel my bags thou. But the guy who lost his bag was going crazy and he ask the lady who sold tickets to give him a list of names of all the people who was on the bis and she did Anyway I still recommend this bus if you budget is low because thet cheap and grayhound was chargingb223 to take their bus. That's too much back and forth. And Amtract was charging over 500. Then if you take the plane your carry on and luggage will cost you too much so they are the cheapest for traveling and you get to where you are going on time.

I could give 0 stars I would u have my lawyer ready and I’m suing. Traveling alone and the least they could do is give updates. I have a recording of everything so they cannot lie. They will just change the name of the company they did it before when a lady told me she lost her bags twice and she took them to court so they won't pay

The people running this company need to be prosecuted for consumer fraud. This is a criminal operation, not a bus company. NEVER EVER try to take one of their nonexistent buses - you'll regret it! NEVER EVER try to take one of their nonexistent buses - you'll regret it! This company is a complete scam. They had FOUR overnight buses scheduled to operate out of a parking lot in Baltimore. NONE of them arrived. People waited in the cold for HOURS and finally bought tickets for another bus in the morning from another company. The first bus was supposed to come at 1:15 AM. by 6:45AM, the bus hadn't arrived! I called for a refund - very difficult to reach someone. They said they would investigate and get back to me. Never did! I called again after well over a week -they had no record of my call and said they would investigate a second time. This time I got an email a few days later saying the bus came at 2:50 AM and so they won't refund my ticket - complete lie!!!!!!! I would give the zero stars if I could.

The bus never showed up. Arrived at 730 for a 8:10 bus and they never arrived. Waited over an hour.

My distance norkfolk va to Baltimore. My bag was of large size. The deiver came saying open this bag. I opened it and showed it. Then he said I can't take this bag. Then he said give me $20. It’s smells like piss they don’t clean the bathroom smells really bad the guy got the heater all the way up it was a really bad trip

I travelled from.New York to Fayetville on the 13th of August. When I got to.my destination my luggage, 2 suitcases, were missing. There should be a way of holding the bus service responsible for this as the bus driver is the only one with keys to the luggage cabin. Highly unacceptable, I am a student on a tight budget

Stay away from this bus company. Customer service is extremely poor, the receptionist is very rude and the buses are filthy. This bus company does not deserve a star.

BE AWARE OF BED BUGS. i got bit while on the bus and because of that i don’t think it was worth it to take this bus.
