The worst rip off, the bus was overbooked, by the time I got on the bus there were no seats, several passengers were using data seats for their luggage, some were passed out in two seats, ..then the r ... The worst rip off, the bus was overbooked, by the time I got on the bus there were no seats, several passengers were using data seats for their luggage, some were passed out in two seats, ..then the ride driver decides to tell me MY ticket number was wromg, then he changed it to an absurd lie, stating my ticket was already used from New York city, to Winston Salem, NC, my departure date, and state was clearly printed on my ticket, he then started taking to his three friends in Chinese, and told me to get off the bus and go outside and call the company, so he actually could pull off and leave me!!, He refused to scan my ticket for confirmation,which I was told was the normal procedure. I never rode that bus before, and was referred to it by a family member,. When I tried to call for a refund, no one will answer, I emailed them only to receive a notice back saying the name is incorrect. When I called my credit card, they also say the name does not match whom the payment was taken from my card. These cigarette bandits, and drug transporters are doing "the most" I do not believe they are DOT regulated! This band of thieves need to be stopped!!

Absolutely horrendous! Drivers don't speak English. Bus is filthy dirty and the bus smells really badly of urine, we had to sit with our faces covered. This is by far the worse bus experience I've ever had in my life. First of all the staff does not speak english, only chinese so you basically can't ask questions to anyone. The tiny little bit they s ... This is by far the worse bus experience I've ever had in my life. First of all the staff does not speak english, only chinese so you basically can't ask questions to anyone. The tiny little bit they speak are rude words. The bus smelled like pee, the seat I took did not recline as it was broken, there are no seat belts in the bus, both USB chargers were also broken. No Wi-Fi, no toilet paper and no water of course. The bus was very dirty before we left. They just don't clean it. And the very worse part is that the toilet is just a nightmare, I have no words to describe how dirty it was! I travelled with my girlfriend and she couldn't use it in a 10 hours ride from NY to Ohio (which the website says it's only 8:30 hours). I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Oh, and before I forget, on my travel back from Ohio to NY, they were supposed to pick us up at a gas station at 1:00 am, but they arrive at 2:00 am, but the bus had no name, just plain white and you just have to figure out yourself it's your Wanda Coach that arrived. The heating wasn't working so everybody was freezing to death. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn't leave 0 stars.

Bathroom not working, bus leaked due to rain. I am a disabled passenger with a cane. Ask for a seat near front which were empty. Driver told me NO, but allowed 3 Asian females to occupy these seats. Before I contacted the Better Business Bureau, I thought to contact your company first.

WORST SERVICE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE! DONT USE THIS BUS COMPANY. LIKE FORGET ABOUT THE MONEY. YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR DIGNITY. An 11hour ride became an 18h and the worst $60 spent. I mean, you get what you p ... WORST SERVICE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE! DONT USE THIS BUS COMPANY. LIKE FORGET ABOUT THE MONEY. YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR DIGNITY. An 11hour ride became an 18h and the worst $60 spent. I mean, you get what you pay for. Our bus broke down (still don’t know what really happened) in the middle of the highway 2 hours in the trip. It was 12:30am, we got to a gas station/ rest stop and got stuck there for around 4hours waiting for a replacement bus. The replacement bus comes in around 5am, but its full of people. So they had us wait outside the bus IN THE FREEZING COLD for 30-45mins while the people got off the bus so they could transfer to a new one. A beautiful clean new bus. While we got a disgusting, smelling, FULL OF TRASH, horrible bus. At this point everyone was tired and just wanted to get to their destination. I new I was signing up for an adventure and a nightmare service when I bought the ticket, but oh but was I naive. This was by far THE WORST SERVICE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. The Chinese driver didn’t even spoke english, so there was no communication whatsoever. No working outlets, a million stops, bathroom (Let me throw up because that was disgusting), A DIRTY BABY DIAPER IN FLOOR, like everything I thought could go wrong happened. We where suppose to get to our destination around 9am, we didn’t got there until 4:30-5pm. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. AGAIN, IF YOU VALUE YOURSELF, YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DONT USE WANDA COACH! You will get what you pay for.

I sat with my daughter on an obscure corner, not a bus stop, in the dark, in the city and the bus did not come. We had back and forth conversations on the phone inquiring. Their final anaylisis was th ... I sat with my daughter on an obscure corner, not a bus stop, in the dark, in the city and the bus did not come. We had back and forth conversations on the phone inquiring. Their final anaylisis was that they “thought” it would be there in another hour due to weather. There wasn’t any bad weather. We had to make other travel arrangements and we told them we wanted our money back. They didn’t give us our money back. In the end, they said they had come. The point is, they didn’t come when they were scheduled to come. This is my story. Don’t let it be yours. I’m giving one star because they answered their phone!

Terribleeeeeeeee service. From Charlotte to New York ppl are allowed to buy tickets last min. So those who bought tickets in advance can lose their seats if they dont "get in line 1st".
