Please do your self a favor and spend the extra $20 at Greyhound or so. ... Please do your self a favor and spend the extra $20 at Greyhound or so. Because this is the worst service ever. Booked a time for 5:10 showed up exactly at the time, however, the bus was not there yet. Called customer service at (646) 630-7186. Dialed 0 to get the pperator who was kind, at first. The bus was late, first she told be 10 minutes then she told me two hours, 15 minutes after. You get no refund so do not ask, they want to give you refund in points to try to use their service again. Ask your bank to help refund your money. Do not just take this as, it can't be that bad or that is one person's experience. Take it from someone who was almost late for the funeral of a sister and was still patient enough to believe them. You were warned!

My experience from the year 2018 return date in December. The bus was not comfortable and the driver did not stop in Boiling Springs, SC at QT gas station he kept driving and pretending he could not u ... The bus was not comfortable and the driver did not stop in Boiling Springs, SC at QT gas station he kept driving and pretending he could not understand English. The driver's are just as American as anyone else, they are smart and speak both languages. So, I repeated my self three to four times for him to stop the bus and finally he did at the Inman, SC Hwy9 exit 72. The buses definitely need to be cleaned. Some passengers were rude also. The only seat a passenger cannot take is the one behind or the opposite across from the driver. They would be a good service if they took care of their buses and had them serviced. Overall, even though the prices are reasonable, to get a effect on customer service. Everyone should order a ticket for the same day and everyone cancel. That will definitely get their attention. Rather the corporate office

Bus was on time but going to Columbia South Carolina from Baltimore and back to Baltimore the bus had an extreme piss smell for the 8 to 9 hour trip and there is no ventilation at all on bus.

The worst rip off, the bus was overbooked, by the time I got on the bus there were no seats, several passengers were using data seats for their luggage, some were passed out in two seats, ..then the r ... The worst rip off, the bus was overbooked, by the time I got on the bus there were no seats, several passengers were using data seats for their luggage, some were passed out in two seats, ..then the ride driver decides to tell me MY ticket number was wromg, then he changed it to an absurd lie, stating my ticket was already used from New York city, to Winston Salem, NC, my departure date, and state was clearly printed on my ticket, he then started taking to his three friends in Chinese, and told me to get off the bus and go outside and call the company, so he actually could pull off and leave me!!, He refused to scan my ticket for confirmation,which I was told was the normal procedure. I never rode that bus before, and was referred to it by a family member,. When I tried to call for a refund, no one will answer, I emailed them only to receive a notice back saying the name is incorrect. When I called my credit card, they also say the name does not match whom the payment was taken from my card. These cigarette bandits, and drug transporters are doing "the most" I do not believe they are DOT regulated! This band of thieves need to be stopped!!

Absolutely horrendous! Drivers don't speak English. Bus is filthy dirty and the bus smells really badly of urine, we had to sit with our faces covered. This is by far the worse bus experience I've ever had in my life. First of all the staff does not speak english, only chinese so you basically can't ask questions to anyone. The tiny little bit they s ... This is by far the worse bus experience I've ever had in my life. First of all the staff does not speak english, only chinese so you basically can't ask questions to anyone. The tiny little bit they speak are rude words. The bus smelled like pee, the seat I took did not recline as it was broken, there are no seat belts in the bus, both USB chargers were also broken. No Wi-Fi, no toilet paper and no water of course. The bus was very dirty before we left. They just don't clean it. And the very worse part is that the toilet is just a nightmare, I have no words to describe how dirty it was! I travelled with my girlfriend and she couldn't use it in a 10 hours ride from NY to Ohio (which the website says it's only 8:30 hours). I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Oh, and before I forget, on my travel back from Ohio to NY, they were supposed to pick us up at a gas station at 1:00 am, but they arrive at 2:00 am, but the bus had no name, just plain white and you just have to figure out yourself it's your Wanda Coach that arrived. The heating wasn't working so everybody was freezing to death. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn't leave 0 stars.
