This has got to be the worst bus service ever. Ok so I was traveling fro ... This has got to be the worst bus service ever. Ok so I was traveling from NY to SC. Bus was scheduled to leave at 7 pm. I arrived at the station at 6:45 pm. The bus was gone! So I tried to get another one for that night but none were available. So the next day I called customer service and spoke to some asshole named “Andy” that was extremely rude. He told me that it’s my problem I missed the bus and that I could reschedule and book another ticket ok cool! Yea right ! This asshole told me I had to buy a new ticket for two days later! He said all buses going out that day were booked mind you I looked online and they had available seats! I told him I looked online and he said that I was lying and that the website didn’t say that. I asked him to speak to his manager and he said that wasn’t possible that he was the only one that worked there. I ended up going to the station and buying a ticket in person. Yea I understand that you get what you pay for but there’s no reason for anybody to be that rude! Andy is an asshole that I’m sure has ran away business for this company! I will never and I repeat never use them again!

This company has the potential to do better. I've use them a few times I can't say too many good things, there's absolutely room for improvement. One time the driver was smoking while driving. For whoever booking this bus ,make sure you have at least 1 hour ehead.i book for 7:30 online and when i got there they told me that my bus would be coming at 8:30. I asked my money back and they did ... The worst travel experience ever. You get what you pay for, it you can even get that. My trip to Charlotte was an hour late on a pissy bus. My bus from Charlotte to Baltimore was overbooked. My bus from Charlotte to Baltimore was overbooked. I was not allowed onto the bus due to all seats being taken. I booked my trip a week prior. I had to catch Amtrak back and shelled out $177 on top of the $60 that was not refunded by the bus company. Never ever again!!!

It was the worst ride that I experienced for the first time there and back bathroom was pissy USB socket was all ripped out seats were broken. bus driver was doing 70 which is the minimum going straig ... It was the worst ride that I experienced for the first time there and back bathroom was pissy USB socket was all ripped out seats were broken. bus driver was doing 70 which is the minimum going straight but he was doing 70 on curves putting people in dangerI had to ask the driver to slow down when she gave me a smart remote and I replied to him that they're people on here that want to live we don't want to die from him driving recklessly. I think the bus stop maybe three times in 15 hours.I will spend the extra money taking a greyhound I do not want to lose my life mess with Wanda coach terrible service terrible.I understand was cheap but I thought it was you know a little decent I expect the grand super bus but at least a decent bus. The bathroom was atrocious nasty disgusting. I they don't have any any regards for people on the bus they don't care to clean it. Very disgusting.

Please do your self a favor and spend the extra $20 at Greyhound or so. Because this is the worst service ever. Booked a time for 5:10 showed up exactly at the time, however, the bus was not there yet ... Please do your self a favor and spend the extra $20 at Greyhound or so. Because this is the worst service ever. Booked a time for 5:10 showed up exactly at the time, however, the bus was not there yet. Called customer service at (646) 630-7186. Dialed 0 to get the pperator who was kind, at first. The bus was late, first she told be 10 minutes then she told me two hours, 15 minutes after. You get no refund so do not ask, they want to give you refund in points to try to use their service again. Ask your bank to help refund your money. Do not just take this as, it can't be that bad or that is one person's experience. Take it from someone who was almost late for the funeral of a sister and was still patient enough to believe them. You were warned!
