This is the worst bus I have ever entered, I was going to Greensboro NC ... This is the worst bus I have ever entered, I was going to Greensboro NC but the driver took me to Durham (11/01/19 @8.30pm) with my little baby and he did not even care. The driver has no manner at all. Please work on your driver.

I would not recommend wana coach seats are uncomfortable for the duration of ride bathroom is nasty water leaking into bus when raining half of the USB ports are broken and seats are too small. Dont ... If I had only read the reviews on this bus, I would have NEVER travelled on it. Nasty, filthy, stinky, terrible. A cheaper ride than Greyhound but trust me spend your money elsewhere. It was gutwrench ... If I had only read the reviews on this bus, I would have NEVER travelled on it. Nasty, filthy, stinky, terrible. A cheaper ride than Greyhound but trust me spend your money elsewhere. It was gutwrenching ride from Huntsville to New York. Three hours in a hot van to get to Tennesse to get the bus and from there the horror began. Never me again.

I read the guidelines and the regulations about their no refund policy. I arrived on time for a bus that was supposed to pick me up at 6195 Rivers Ave, Charleston, S.C.. I arrived 50 minutes early to a location without and signs or loading area. It was located in a shady part of Noryh Charleston and I was alone basically in a dark area. Called customer service 3 times prior to the bus alleged ETA of 9:20p.m. to take me to N.Y. to Commemorate a family members Passing. Every time I called customer service told me the bus was on time and I was in the right location in the parking area of a C&W buffet. The bus did not arrive. I was the only person standing around with a suitcase for over 2 1/2 hours. Just to be told there was nothing that can be done, and I would have to call the office the next day to file a claim. I gave them my Lyft driver receipt on the time and place he dropped me off. I had the records of numerous phone calls made to Wanda Coach asking about the ETA and if I was in the right location, due to the my fear of standing in this area alone. I had to purchase a plane ticket for almost 400 dollars to arrive to a very important family event. Despite all the information I provided and the recorded conversations I had with Wanda Coach customer service.i could not get a refund, a free trip on another day. Not even a phone call with an apology for my deplorable experience. I received an email basically stating the bus driver said he was there. Impossible with me having such uncertainty about the area and my first time riding a Wanda Coach bus. I could not miss the sight of a bus, van, etc.. coming and going. It was a disgusting experience. I pray whomever have the courage to use this company. Have 70$ to gamble with, because if your the only person being picked up. You may not make it to your destination.

Worst experience! Bus smell like urine and was dirty. The driver was very angry doing over 80 ml in a rainy night. No English. I wont take this bus again or recommended

Deceptive advertising! They offer a $20 discount, after you bought the ticket they claim you should have an account with them before the ticket is purchased...very deceptive. They send me a code that I use in New York, when I present the same code in Atlanta the office said “ they don’t know what’s that...confusing!!!

This is the worst bus ever, and I've taken many! We are riding from Atl to Charlotte right now, and there is no AC, flies are flying around, almost got into a crash...avoid it!!! 0 out of 5 stars!

I wish I had done my due diligence and read the reviews made by past customers, before paying for horrible se ... I wish I had done my due diligence and read the reviews made by past customers, before paying for horrible service. The companies customer service representative was very unprofessional, unpleasant, impolite, ill-mannered, and disrespectful. We missed our scheduled departure time from Atlanta to NY due to miscommunication with the customer service representative on the directions to get to their organization, then we were asked to pay an additional fee to be placed on a later bus. To say I am displeased is an understatement. In the future I will pay attention to the reviews so I can avoid contributing my hard earned money to a company who's employee are uncivil and in the need for customer service training. If there was an option for zero stars*** then that is what I would have selected.

This has got to be the worst bus service ever. Ok so I was traveling from NY to SC. Bus was scheduled to leave at 7 pm. I arrived at the station at 6:45 pm. The bus was gone! So I tried to get another ... This has got to be the worst bus service ever. Ok so I was traveling from NY to SC. Bus was scheduled to leave at 7 pm. I arrived at the station at 6:45 pm. The bus was gone! So I tried to get another one for that night but none were available. So the next day I called customer service and spoke to some asshole named “Andy” that was extremely rude. He told me that it’s my problem I missed the bus and that I could reschedule and book another ticket ok cool! Yea right ! This asshole told me I had to buy a new ticket for two days later! He said all buses going out that day were booked mind you I looked online and they had available seats! I told him I looked online and he said that I was lying and that the website didn’t say that. I asked him to speak to his manager and he said that wasn’t possible that he was the only one that worked there. I ended up going to the station and buying a ticket in person. Yea I understand that you get what you pay for but there’s no reason for anybody to be that rude! Andy is an asshole that I’m sure has ran away business for this company! I will never and I repeat never use them again!

This company has the potential to do better. I've use them a few times I can't say too many good things, there's absolutely room for improvement. One time the driver was smoking while driving.
