Allerdings ist mir schon aufgefallen das die osteuropäischen Fahrer recht unfreundlich und die Busse nicht sauber sind. Dennoch habe ich für eine längere Reise nach Kroatien gebucht und bezahlt. Nach Recherche und vielen negativen Kommentaren habe ich mich für ein anderes Unternehmen entschieden, Regio Jet Fun & Relax, dessen Komfort und Preise mich sofort ansprachen und überhaupt nicht mit Flixbus standhalten können. Also stornierte ich und wie bei vielen andere kommt von Flixbus die Antwort das nur ein Gutschein statt Geld erstattet werden kann. Im telefonischen Support hatte ich einen Ahmed, im schriftlichen Support Fatma und Denz, Super. Es kommen immer die gleiche Standard automatisierte Antwort, laut AGB: s ist eine Auszahlung nicht möglich. Tja nur sind AGB: s nur dann rechtlich bindend, wenn diese nicht gegen das Gesetzt verstoßen. Nach § 307 BGB wird man hier unangemessen benachteiligt, weil man gezwungen wird das anzunehmen was Flixbus einen anbietet, man hat nicht die Wahl ob Gutschein oder Auszahlung. Hier frage ich mich, warum Flixbus das auf der Homepage überhaupt anbietet, es erklärt sich mich nicht in keinster Weise. Nach § 812 BGB hat sich Flixbus auch ungerechtfertigt bereichert und verweigert eine Rückzahlung, nichtsdestotrotz gibt es noch die EU-Verordnung Nr. 181/2011, danach habe ich als Fahrgast die Wahl, ob ich einen Gutschein akzeptiere oder eine Rückerstattung bevorzuge. Einen Gutschein habe ich widersprochen und mein Geld verlangt, bisher aber nichts, also muss wohl mein Anwalt tätig werden. Im Endeffekt rate ich jedem vorher sich mal schlau zu machen über diese Unternehmen und sich anderweitig was Besseres suchen, weil dieses Geschäftsgebaren mit Ihrem Kundenservice ist unterste Schublade und jeder der mit dem Gutschein abgestempelt wird wie ich, rate ich dazu mehrmals täglich dem Support zu nerven mit der Begründung,
