Comme convenu, une navette est venue nous chercher à l’aéroport pour nous conduire au départ du bus. Là on finit par comprendre difficilement (nos interlocuteurs sur place ne parlent ni anglais, ni français) que nous voyagerons finalement dans le bus de 16heures30 et avec la compagnie sao viet…. Après une attente interminable, le bus finit par arriver à 17heutes 45. Arrivée à sapa à 1 heure du matin, soit avec 5 heures de retard…. Nous n’avons reçu de l’agence aucune explication ni aucune excuse…..
