Rude driver, abusive and annoyed our flight was late. No name card on arrival meaning we wasted a lot of time trying to find him, then didn't even offer to take my case! Called the helpline only to be transferred to Croatia and was hung up on twice! Email received offered me 15% discount off next trip! What a joke. They send these emails to everyone once you've booked. Have sent lengthy email again copying the CEO Ilija Jukić and haven't had an acknowledgement. Very disappointing Strongly advise not to use them! Amateurs
